This 1 bed 2 bath non-smoking 3rd floor condo is located directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It contains all the comforts of home while vacationing in paradise. Beautiful hard wood floors are throughout the entire unit. The master bedroom is decorated in beautiful ocean blue and has a king size bed for a great nights rest. If you have company, there is a sleeper sofa & bunk beds. The bright kitchen is well stocked with essentials for all your cooking needs. A flat screen TV is in the living room & the master bedroom as well. Enjoy the luxurious walk in shower after a long day at the beach. This unit is equipped with a washer & dryer for all your laundry needs.

It was alright

Oklalossa Island is great. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding cities yet it's close enough to visit and get around to see all the things in the surrounding areas. The beach chairs were awesome. Just get out there early so you can secure some seats. Cant see the sunrises nor sunsets from the balcony or the beach. We were able to enter early which was a nice treat after traveling. Issues were:dirty dishes in the cabinets and the dryer lint screen. We were scooping out lint by the handful. Couple other issues were it was rented out to a family of 6 but only had 2 dressers. We made that work. However we only had 4 blankets. We ended up having to go buy more. The biggest issue was day of check out. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:50 when checkout is 10. No biggie-we told them we would probably be there until 10. They proceeded to knock on our door 3 more times until 9:30. They even went so far as to start entering the code to enter. Not okay. At all.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In all transparency we are fellow owners at Pelican Isle. We had a mix up (our fault) where we thought we had booked our own place a night before, but did not. We arrived and did not have a place to stay. Brooks and Shorey customer service did a great job finding a condo for us for one night until ours was unoccupied. 307 was also great condo to stay in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit. Great location - close to everything. Short drive to the Pier. Convenient to Walmart. Beautiful condo with awesome view. The management company was great. Really easy to book the room. They send everything you need through email and they call you to let you know when your room is ready.
