Access is granted to the whole house. fully appointed kitchen makes cooking meals simple and easy. each bed has a power strip near by to power all of your electronics. super speed internet capable of streaming is included as well.
The entire space is for the guest, but I am able to answer calls, and I live locally if I am needed.
Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

Definitely, not the pictures it shows online.
The property sounded perfect our memorial service. The inside was clean, however with the deep scratches and marks it really needed to be painted, the broken furniture (dining room chair, the table lamps, the dresser handles), needed to be replaced. Crown molding on the kitchen cabinets was off and laying on the top of the cabinet. There was mold under the bathroom sink. An outlet with no cover. A window with no curtain and the window a/c has blue painters' tape around it. The property sleeps 12, however there is not enough plates, cups, silverware for 12. It is very close to all the events in downtown Jacksonville, which is perfect to game and concert days Also, no kitchen towels, hot pads or dish cloth. States there is a washer and dryer, but we didn't see it. If it was in the garage, it was locked. The garage door was off the rails at the top. The outside could use some TLC.I have never given a bad review, but these issues should be addressed.
