The only issue was the iron. I went to iron a white shirt and iron had rust on it and stained my shirt. We ran out of toilet paper but it was easy to go get more. We enjoyed the location being so close to the airport, the house was clean and easily accessible to the I-10. Thank you! Pics of how we left the home are below.

Our host, April, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked, she was quick to respond, kind, and very attentive. She made sure we were comfortable and went out of her way to take care of anything we needed. The house was perfect — clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, which made cooking and relaxing feel just like home. The location couldn’t have been better, just minutes from the airport and close to everything we wanted to do.She was so sweet and thoughtful — you can tell she really cares about her guests. Thank you again, April, for everything you did to make our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend your place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!

This was our third stay in this house in Jacksonville. Such a welcoming hostess and we find her house to be so comfortable and accommodating. Twice I’ve stayed with just my mom and my sister - once with a family group of 8 for a wedding and all three times we had such wonderful stays. The neighborhood is well kept up and safe and the neighbors we’ve encountered as we’ve taken walks are very friendly. This time we cooked and ate in for almost the whole 5 day stay and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Washer and dryer worked great, we have access to the garage and kept our car in there. TVs in every room. We would highly recommend this rental.

Good location with regards to airport proximity. The coffee and snacks are a nice touch. The rules of the home are cumbersome but understandable. We were told in the rules that we would be removed if a noise complaint was made against us. However, there was loud music blasting from somewhere in the neighborhood until at least 2 am that we could hear while in the house. When I sent the host a message as well as a text, I received no reply until the next morning. We slept very little. It was just interesting how we would be removed from the property according to the rules for loud noise but apparently if we are bothered by loud noise, the host is nowhere to be found. We weren’t there to party so it having a party did not matter to us. We just wanted to sleep.

Perfect for us!

This is the second time we have rented this property and it worked so well for us again. This time we brought more family with us as we were all attending a wedding in Jacksonville. The proximity to the airport was super helpful as people arrived and departed at different times/days and we weren’t too far from the beach either (we went 3 of the 5 days we were there!). Having 4 bedrooms was so convenient and every room was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the added touches like having a power strip/charging station on every nightstand by each side of the bed and a tv in each room - great for times when people needed to get away from the big group and rest. We also loved that everything we needed that randomly came up was there - things like not only an iron and ironing board but even wrinkle release spray. The host provided plenty of garbage bags and paper products as well as laundry needs and soaps. They thought of everything. We highly recommend this property and will rent again if the need arises we visit Jacksonville. Thank you April!

Jacksonville vacation

We had an exceptional stay. My family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out. Great sleeping arrangements. Ample seating throughout the house. Most importantly, the house was clean and orderly. It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like homely! We were in close proximity to everything we needed. Close to the highway for easy trips downtown and the beach. Looking forward to future stays.

If you are thinking about booking this property...just do it! The property was very cozy. I felt at home and that's very rare for me to say as a person who doesn't like to stay away from home. The space was very clean and organized. The host is very thoughtful with items found in the house such as umbrellas, board games etc. The check in process was smooth and Ms. April is awesome. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when in the area.

Home away from home!!!

I love everything about not only the host but the house. She was AMAZING. The house was just as described. It was simply beautiful. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the amenities. It was in a lovely neighborhood and close to so many great food spots and shopping. This will definitely be my go to place to stay whenever I am in town!!!

Comfortable, Cozy, and Clean

The home is newly constructed, within five years, so it was attractive and in excellent condition. I have a broken foot, and I was able to move throughout the house well because it was not cluttered with unnecessary furnishings. The house was well stocked with essentials, like toiletries, towels, and some breakfast items and snacks. It was a nice touch. The Vrbo description mentioned a pool, so I thought the pool was attached to the home. In actuality, the pool is a neighborhood pool which was about a half mile from the house. All in all the home was comfortable, cozy, and clean. I would rent this home again.

Excellent place

We came down for our daughter’s graduation for 4 days.The neighborhood was nice and quiet.Everything was neat and tidy!The only complaint was there weren’t any plates so when we had cookout we had to go and buy paper plates.Otherwise everything was excellent.

Great Stay

The listing was very accurate. The spaces were well decorated with modern art. The home was very close to the neighbors who had a dog. Every time someone would go on the enclosed back porch the dog would bark.

Just what we were looking for

We went to JAX for a wedding and were out of the house most of the time. The house itself has a great layout and is inviting. We ate out most of the time, so the more basic kitchen equipment was not an issue.The owners are kind and even sent us our daughter's lovie that we forgot there.

Comfortable home

My sister and I took our 95 year old mother away for a few days. April’s home was so bright and comfortable. We spent almost all of our time there playing cards and games. I cooked most of our meals there and it was just an overall great home away from home. We already booked again for my nephew’s wedding in July. Thank you April!
