Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom holds a plush king bed, and the sectional in the living area pulls out to accommodate additional guests - comfortably sleeping up to four. Bed linens, towels, hangers, and iron are all provided.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table - everything needed for meals in. Cooking basics and dishes are included.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub and hair dryer. Essentials such as soap and toilet paper are provided.

Extras
High-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, a dedicated workspace, and free on-site parking round out the practical side. Self check-in via keypad means a seamless, flexible arrival. A private entrance keeps your stay independent and unhurried.

Ponte Vedra Beach delivers on both relaxation and exploration. World-class golf at TPC Sawgrass is minutes away, Jacksonville Beach is roughly 15 minutes north, and St. Augustine - with Flagler College and its historic beaches - sits about 30 minutes south. Downtown Jacksonville's riverfront dining and entertainment is also an easy drive.
