The view was great. We had all we needed in the kitchen including a coffee maker that converted to use pods. I didn't even realize there was an issue with the internet until someone came the first day we were there to fix it! We were pleased with the unit and it suited our needs while we were in Destin for a family wedding.

Great location and lots of amenities

Loved the location, kitchen had everything you need to cook. Great communication, had a minor issue and they were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make it right.

Great Beach Rental, Excellent Location

Wonderful location for this beach rental. Immaculately clean, comfy beds, lots of places to lounge while watching a movie, amazing view with daily dolphin sightings. The beach wasn't crowded and there was beach service available directly outside of the building. There was construction on site but only during working hours and generally not loud at all.

Dozens of rentals in Destin

Out of the dozens of rentals we've done in Destin, this is probably the cleanest unit we've ever rented. We had one problem with the unit that was taken care of very quickly by the management. Would rent again.

Beautiful condo right on the Gulf of Mexico

We had a wonderful time. It was Spring Break so our kids had several friends traveling to Destin. The views from the condo are spectacular.. especially watching the dolphins. Sleeping with the sliding doors open is a huge plus as you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. The beach was private and not busy at all. Great location for restaurants, activities, etc. Comfortable beds and very clean. We would highly recommend.

Stunning view. Nice quiet location. We old people had trouble getting the televisions to work which was a problem when keeping the toddlers while their parents went to a Destin wedding and it rained!

This is our second time staying at this specific condo, and the third time at the Agean. We love it, and keep coming back. This specific room works for us with the balcony overlooking the beach so my in-laws (who take this trip with us) can relax and watch the gulf while my wife and I enjoy the beach. It is in a relatively low traveled portion of Destin, and the beach itself has never been busy (unlike many of the larger condos) in any of the three times we have stayed at the Agean. The location of the Agean also makes morning walks or jogging easy and enjoyable as you can go 1 mile in each direction with no interruptions or obstacles with wide sidewalks.We did not make the trip last summer, so seeing the upgrades to the grilling/patio area was an unexpected surprise. We utilized both on our trip. Check-in was easy and I immediately received a text message upon arriving at the condo that gave me a phone number to contact in case of any issues during our stay. There were no issues. The only complaint we had was there was a smell in the condo the my mother-in-law described as "dirty mop water". It seemed appropriate for the smell. We couldn't quite figure out where the odor was coming from, but suspected the dishwasher. We plan to book a 4th trip next summer.

Beautiful patio and beach view! Kitchen appliances were nice and kitchen was fully stocked. Bed was comfortable and A/C was cold! Plenty of nice towels.

do not book thru Salt Water Vacations

Beware: they want to charge an early check-in fee. We refused to pay the extra after already giving them THOUSANDS of our dollars. A simple courtesy of allowing an early check-in goes a LONG way with us, and we will not book again with Salt Water Vacations. (We're talking an hour early, folks. Cleaning crew was already gone. It's difficult to plan a 6.5 hour trip to arrive exactly on time.) We've never had a problem when we've booked directly through VRBO--only with Salt Water Vacations.

You won't be disappointed!

Clean, cute beach decor, comfy beds, excellent access to the beach, nice pool area, tennis courts had many cracks in them however they were playable, internet did not work when we arrived - didn't get access to it until Day 2 in the afternoon. Would stay at this property again.
