The Carriage House - Your own piece of paradise

Nestled within our 28 acres on a rocky outcrop overlooking Passamaquoddy Bay, the Carriage House offers a unique opportunity for relaxation and solace. With uninterrupted views of the bay and stunning sunsets there is always something of interest to see.

A private road leads from the property to the beach where you can spend time walking the shoreline and searching for sea glass.

Overlooking St Andrews and Ministers Island the large deck is perfect for alfresco dining, relaxing in the sun or watching the bald eagles glide by. The deck also holds a propane Weber BBQ.

The property benefits from a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and touch operated faucet.

Air conditioning along with ceiling fans are fitted along with a new (2022) wood stove, large patio doors and panoramic windows. Bose radio and large a 55” TV are installed in the lounge/diner/kitchen.

To the side of the cottage is a fire pit and Adirondack chairs where guests can view the spectacular sunsets.

We are blessed to have a small resident herd of white tailed deer, regular visits from wild turkey flocks, foxes and bald eagles. If you want to experience nature you’ve come to the right spot. With little light pollution, star gazing can be spectacular on clear nights.
