Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness of the property and its fantastic location. We’re sorry, however, that the space felt cramped for the price and that the pool did not provide the relaxing experience you were hoping for. We also appreciate you bringing the limited towel-hanging space to our attention. We understand how challenging that must have been for a group of five trying to dry bath, pool, and beach towels throughout the week. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll certainly take it into consideration as we look for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your honest thoughts.
