Great Location on the Beach

Listing accurately portrayed property. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and served as a great home base for our group. Check in/out was exceptionally easy. Would definitely return.

90th birthday/family reunion

The condo was spacious and clean. It was well stocked with toiletries and dish washing supplies. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a bonus surprise. Seeing dolphins, rays, and spoonbills right outside the condo was awe inspiring.

A great time in Fort Myers!

It was a great time! There was a little miscommunication with the check in process but within 30 minutes we were in the rental. The condo was exactly as the picture shows. Very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a family of 7. We went the early part of Sept 2023 and Fort Myers was still picking up the pieces from Hurricane Ian. We pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. The water was extremely warm and the sunsets were beautiful. Even with most of the area still being rebuilt we found plenty to do near by. We visited Sanibel island and Lovers Key which were great!! We will definitely be back!!

Fort Myers Beach summer 2024

The property was listed accurately and was clean and beautiful. The city of Fort Myers Beach has not recovered from the hurricane in 2022. Nearly 2 years later, the island shows much devastation. There are a very minimal amount of stores and restaurants open near this property. There is a tremendous amount of construction taking place on neighboring buildings that leads to a lot of noise It’s not a very picturesque setting with construction materials and fencing everywhere. This property is ready for tourists, the community is not. It’s a very sad situation and we did our best to patronize businesses in the community

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The condo was absolutely lovely! Although there was a large amount of construction occurring on Estero, it did not take away from the beauty of the beach. Wonderful amenities that made our family feel at home and truly enjoy our beach vacation.

Horrible

Construction is overwhelming and starts at 6:30 am and isn’t listed on the listing. Management company is awful. It’s stunk and was dirty, they never sent anyone. Bedrooms stay at 78 when living room is 73, contract says they will fine you if you move AC more than 5 degrees. The hard hat area is everywhere and there are signs warning not to stop on electrical wires. We asked the unit be cleaned and help with the AC problem. They sent someone the day we checked out. That was a week after we reported it. You must check out by 10 am. Horrible condo! We had to wash sheets when we arrived.
