The centerpiece of this outdoor playground is the sparkling pool (heating optional) with spa and tanning shelf. By day, you’ll enjoy soaking in the sun in one of the sleek modern lounge chairs or relax under the umbrellas with a cool drink. By night, assemble the entire group and enjoy dinner in the magical courtyard under the canopy of twinkling stars with a farm-style dining table, comfortable sofas and fire pit. There’s also a second fire pit seating area overlooking the pool, perfect for cozying up to on a brisk desert evening. Plus, an outdoor kitchen with sink and natural gas BBQ grill, as well as several yard games complete the perfect outdoor experience.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

Pamper yourself in one of the 3 luxurious bedrooms uniquely furnished and designed with comfort and tranquility in mind. All bedroom sanctuaries offer hospitality-quality mattresses, custom window shades, accent wallpaper, fine linens, ample clothes storage, smart TVs and ceiling fans. And all have a dedicated bathroom so there is no sharing.

The primary suite is located at the back of the house for utmost peace and privacy. With convenient access to the pool and spa area, this sanctuary offers a KING sized bed and sumptuous ensuite bath with double vanity, walk-in custom tile shower with 2 showerheads and a door leading to the pool area. The secondary suite also offers a KING sized bed with access to a private patio through glass sliding doors and an ensuite bath with walk-in shower and rain showerhead. Perfect for couples traveling together as both suites are spacious and loaded with amenities.

The third bedroom offers a Queen sized bed and a handy desk for remote working. A hall bath adjacent to this bedroom features a double vanity, soaking tub and rain showerhead.

AMENITIES

For our guests added convenience we offer an indoor laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, estate disposal service and 2-car garage. All linens, bath & pool towels provided too.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June and September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $60/day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

We strive to provide you all the comforts of home without the work. That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. Weekly gardening service, estate disposal service and pool service twice per week are also provided. Just relax and enjoy your stay!

This property is nestled in the exclusive Deepwell Estates neighborhood within minutes to the Palm Springs village center and all the world-renowned attractions and entertainment including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, fine dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars and night clubs. You will also be about 1 mile from Ralph’s Fresh Fare grocery store, Koffi, Purple Room, Ace Hotel, Mr Lyons and the Saguaro. The public library and senior center are within 2 miles. Other popular activities to note include the Thursday night downtown Village Fest, weekly farmer’s market and nearby PS Air Museum.
