This property, offered by Stewart Mountain Lodging, comes with access to other amenities and many additional properties nearby.

Our "A" Frame of Mind cabin has it all - wood burning fireplace, hot tub, sauna, outdoor fire pit, decks with views and bistro lights to enchant. It is set on a south-facing side of the mountain a half mile above the Sundance Resort. A classic A-frame cabin with three levels is the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. In the summer you are walking distance to the Sundance Resort as well as the hiking trails to Stewart Falls. The outside decks provide a great spot to enjoy some sunshine and stunning mountain views.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this property can accommodate the whole crew. Each level has a full bathroom. The upper level offers the master bedroom with a great balcony and a full bath.

The main level has large windows letting in an abundance of natural light and spectacular views plus a cool wood burning stove. The A-frame has a fantastic kitchen and dining area. 2 bedrooms on the main each with a queen bed that share a full bath. With a well-equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ grill, you may be inclined to make meals on the mountain and skip the crowded restaurants. If it's a true vacation and no cooking is on the menu, there are fantastic recommendations we can make easy or you have fantastic dining options just minutes away.

The lower level is equipped with a large screen projector TV with Dish Network and streaming. A wood burning stove on the main and lower level and a foosball table to keep everyone happy.

Let Stewart Mountain Lodging host your mountain getaway! We live here in Sundance full time- so we're always available. You'll love our private park, "The Hollow", with an outdoor fireplace and zip line swing. With our full concierge services, we can arrange for a day of fly fishing with our favorite guides, recommend a variety of local day trips and/or hikes, or arrange a massage in your home. You'll love the personal touch and gracious hospitality of your mountain hosts. We would love to share this magical place with you.

Great ambiance in wild setting.

The A frame cabin's large windows and natural light, as well as the rustic mountain decor, were perfect for this getaway in the mountains. Plenty of room for family to spread out, and the firepit with Adirondacks plus the hot tub outdoors were invitations to enjoy the fresh air and wild ambiance. There were other homes nearby, but the location felt private and special. Highly recommend this wonderful place.

Beautiful spot and convenient!

The hosts are simply amazing! They’re accommodating and very helpful. The house is good for families. It’s very close to Sundance mountain that you could walk half a mile to it.

A beautiful and relaxing stay

Stewart mountain provided easy check in and accommodated a last minute late check out as well. The home was beautiful, clean, comfortable and well stocked with utensils and towels and such. My kids enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, and we all loved watching the birds and deer and the beautiful surroundings. Will be back for sure!

Nice Place

Quality beds and plenty of blankets and pillows. Hands down the one thing all VRBO properties should keep up on, and this place nailed it. Our only hang up is we wished the sauna worked.

We wish you would have mentioned the issue with the sauna not working. Sometimes that one trips for various reasons and there is a simple reset switch on the bottom of the heating unit. The guest that came in after your stay confirmed it was working for them. We are sorry you weren't able to enjoy that amenity. Guess you'll have to come back again soon! Great stay in a gorgeous area

The property and amenities were excellent. The house is big and comfortably accommodated 3 families! The host Brad was very responsive via text and they sent very clear instructions that covered all our needs. Lastly, I loved that they have partnered with the fire department to donate any food or drinks that went unused. Very cool! Our stay could not have been made any better!

Awesome A frame experience

We stayed at the home with another family, total of 7 people. The house is multilevel so we had privacy when we needed it. The main level had beautiful views out of massive A frame windows. The hot tub and sauna were a bonus. Great experience overall!

Girlfriend reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed "A Frame of Mind," and were able to relax and catch up on the 2 large outdoor decks, the hottub, and the kitchen living room area. We enjoyed a walk to Stewart Falls, starting right across the street, and a walk to Sundance resort for drinks. Beautiful home, comfortable bedding, lots of amenities such as shampoo/conditioner/coffee. It was very easy to get ahold of someone for advice. Highly recommend!

Clean and well stocked for just about any need. A-Frame of Mind was a perfect fit for our crew. They had firewood ready for us and checked on us every night just in case there was something we needed! Excellent service and great home! Thank you!!!
