Eagle's Nest is back and better than ever! This was in our portfolio for a number of years, and we are so happy to have it back and available. It truly is one of the most spectacular homes in all of Sundance. Some homes have great interior spaces and finishes while others are in a great setting with beautiful outdoor space. Eagle's Nest has everything so dialed in and perfect it will be hard to leave once you arrive.
The spaces lend themselves for unforgettable entertaining any time of year. From the heat lamps and a barbeque as well as an outdoor fireplace and wet bar, the consummate entertainer will be right at home. Interior features include a wine fridge, ice maker and another bar to keep the good times rolling. Challenge your competitive brother to a game of pool on the custom billiards table in the lower level lounge.
The massive great room features stately furnishings where you can curl up with good book and an even better glass of wine, the fireplace ablaze. The formal dining area for ten makes a great spot to share a special announcement with your family and friends. The kitchen is on the smaller side but still very functional and easy to prepare meals to keep everyone fed and happy.
With a total of five spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms accommodate up to fourteen guests. The master suite offers a king size bed, a large sitting area with a fireplace, a sofa and a flat screen television. There are three more rooms that each have queen size beds, one with a separate sitting area. The fifth bedroom includes two twin beds over double bunk beds as well as a lounge area, fireplace, television, kitchenette, dinette with terrace access.

Beautiful property

Beautiful cabin, beautiful views… the outdoor space is amazing. We spent most of our time by the outside fireplace wrapped in blankets. The indoor space is just as beautiful as the outside space. Lots of things to do… really enjoyed the Sonos system to listen to music inside and out. We will be back for sure.

Amazing getaway with every detail attended to!

My husband and I hosted four close friends for a gents’ hunting trip and best girl’s getaway ever. Close enough to walk to the Sundance resort Spa, in an incredibly well appointed home. The amenities in the home made it hard to leave to enjoy all the great outdoor activities surrounding us. Management company was engaged from moment we made reservation throughout our stay. So helpful and responsive! Can’t use enough positive superlatives to describe our wonderful experience.

Absolutely Gorgeous

We stayed here for a week for a family ski trip at Sundance. It was a stunning property. Every bedroom is luxurious and the owner’s attention to every detail was much appreciated. They shoveled our driveway, fixed problems we had (a pipe burst and they repaired it instantly while we were on the slopes), and the communication was very quick. I would rent this house again every year. I know once our son gets a little older he will really enjoy all of the amenities in the basement. They even had a karoake machine! Great property and even better hosts. Thank you so much for trusting us with your lovely home.

Eagles Nest Luxury Retreat is a Spectacular Treat

We cannot say enough about this property. From the responsiveness of management (specifically, Wyatt, prior to arrival and throughout our stay, to this amazing home, this will go down as one of our best Family vacations every and we've had a lot over the past 20 years. The home is truly a rustic luxury! Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Spacious enough for 8 adults. Our adult kids stayed in the main house and us moms stayed in the apartment, which was perfect. A fully-stocked kitchen with every utensil, pots & pans, condiments, spices, and Keurigs in many of the rooms (I believe I counted at least five). The dining room was perfect for family breakfasts and several dinners. We even grilled outside during a snowstorm. An abundance of privacy. The hot tub was wonderful and we appreciated the industrial-grade heat lamps. They provided several buckets of salt which came in handy. They salted the driveway when necessary and plowed as well even though within an hour, it was fully engulfed in snow. But it allowed us to drive up upon returning from the lifts. There were so many extra amenities including bathrobes, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, body lotion, chapstick, paper towels, and napkins. Loved the gas stove and gas oven with a flattop grill. We cannot say enough about this property!

Spring Break 2022

We had 10 people staying at Eagle’s Nest. It was perfect for our two families, with kids ranging from 7-12. The kitchen is a little small, but it is VERY well stocked. We found cooking for our families quite easy. The property is just beautiful, the hot tub is great. The whole place was a great retreat after a long day of skiing. We LOVED it.
