We had a quick overnight stay at the cabin and really enjoyed it. It was quiet, relaxing, and just as described—clean, comfortable, and cozy. The host was very responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. We only wish we had more time to stay longer!

We had a great stay!

We booked three of Brad’s properties for our team offsite and used this home for some of my coworkers to stay/sleep. The house was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. I didn’t stay in this particular property myself but my coworkers that did had nothing but great things to report back to me. We will definitely be staying at Brad’s properties for any future offsites.

Love this rental

Really nice, clean, exceptionally well equipped! Good location near the Sundance Spa. Great porch for sitting outside watching wildlife, birds and the top of the mountain change colors as the day passes. A nice walk down to the base but a bit of a hike coming back up but driving is an option. We’d rent it again!

Deep winter stay

Cabin is very comfortable, cozy and well appointed. Private location. We happened to be here during record snow period, which complicated access a bit, but was great for skiing. Property management team was friendly and responsive to a handful of issues we raised during our stay. Overall a positive experience.

Winter wonderland

We stayed here over the thanksgiving holiday. There were 7 of us, and there was more room than we even needed. It’s a beautiful cabin in the mountains near Sundance. There was a rather large storm while we were there that brought a lot of snow to the area, but the steep driveway was plowed every day so we were able to get out. I would love to stay again!

We can't wait to come again. The home is super clean, spacious, and beautiful, and they had everything we needed, even a wide selection of games, books, and movies for downtime. The kitchen is fully equipped and we felt at home. We loved the two outdoor decks for hanging out, reading, playing games, and painting while watching wildlife and hearing the river and the birds. We also loved the Hollow, with the zip line, river, and open green space. Looking forward to coming again!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

We loved our stay at Canopy on the Stream - the house is beautiful, well-appointed and easily accommodated our family in the communal spaces. All four bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and bedding and their own bathrooms. The master suite had a great view and the sound of the creek was delightful (although there is no creek access from the property). Plenty of space outside and in for eating, hanging out, playing games and enjoying the scenery. The home theater was great and easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked. It meant a lot to us to be able to have our family dogs with us, and this property worked great for them. Construction next door didn’t bother us over the weekend, but it is immediately adjacent to the garage & guest house (some noise on Monday and a shared driveway). Communication with Stewart Mountain Lodging was easy start to finish and we will definitely book with them on our next stay in Sundance.

Lovely Stay

This mountain home tucked among the trees was absolutely perfect for our stay. Let me highlight a few things. The house consists of 3 levels. The kitchen, living room, and library were all on the main floor. The kitchen was perfect and well-stocked. We cooked almost every meal at the house. The master is on the third floor, along with a sitting area, while the rest of the bedrooms were on the very bottom level, along with the theater room. All the bedrooms had private bathrooms. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy the theater room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house is very well spread out, so we didn't feel we were on top of each other. Additionally, the property manager was very attentive, and check-in was a breeze. The only minor thing was that there were a lot of flies that kept reappearing, so we just vacuumed a few times. No big deal. Other than that, it was an ideal home for our group.

Beautiful property

The good: beautiful home that easily accommodates 10 people, well equipped kitchen (we cooked Thanksgiving dinner), peaceful location, spectacular mountain views. The not so good: no hot tub despite being told there was one, and communication with the property managers could have been better. My questions about the number of dogs allowed was not addressed until after my card had been charged for the balance of the stay and the refund date had passed. One guest had to run home several times during the stay to see to their dog. I also had trouble getting accurate information about the kitchen, such as the number of ovens ( there are two), that were important for Thanksgiving. Despite the disappointment of the above, we had a lovely Thanksgiving weekend with our family and would consider returning in the future.

Lovely house, great location

Our multi-generational family of 10 had a great time at this house. It was in a great, mostly quiet location in the trees, near the trails and just a few minutes down the road to the resort. We loved the living room, kitchen, and two porches most of all. Bedrooms all had comfortable beds and bedding. Other than the master, the bedrooms were nothing fancy, but each had a bathroom attached and were very comfortable. We would stay again!

Amazing views near Sundance Resort

Property was beautiful, and had enough space for all of my family to spread out. Lots of nice patios, windows, and amenities. Beds are comfy, restrooms and kitchen was clean. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the layout of this cabin. Overall the cabin was very clean and had everything my family needed to enjoy the weekend together. One thing I would note though, was that there was maybe 30+ dead/dying flies in the upstairs master bedroom. It was really odd, as there was no other issues like that anywhere else and the rest of the cabin was clean and enjoyable.

Thank you for sharing Brandon. We hare happy to hear you all enjoyed the cabin other than the flies in the upper level. There are certain times of year that different bugs come out. We see them in cabins that get a lot of direct sun and have a pest control company come and spray each month to minimize the issue. It has helped but we will continue to remedy the problem. Lovely greatroom with deck, with views of the mountains. This property is located on a private street surrounded by the forest. Sounds of a nearby stream can be heard. Kitchen is well-equipped and the pantry with second refrigerator is a bonus!
