The unusually high temperatures were certainly unexpected, and we understand how important A/C can be during such weather. We are evaluating options to improve the cooling solutions in the condo. Your insight is invaluable to us, and we truly appreciate your understanding. This home, like many in CO, does not offer AC. It's also not listed in the list of amenities for this unit. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under more comfortable conditions.

Hello. We are glad that you enjoy Pagosa so much and contribute annually to our town. We appreciate that tremendously. However, not all of our guests are familiar with small-town-mountain life, our amenities, or our available resources and they generally need more guidance and instructions. We want everyone to enjoy our town and to be informed. Lecturing is the opposite of our intentions when sending community information along with our welcoming check in instructions via text and email. We did accommodate you with an early check in as you requested upon your arrival. As we mentioned, we had not yet done a final inspection, and that you could feel free to reach out to us if there was anything that needed attention. This is a new unit to us, and the homeowners are adamant about improving the stay of all future guests. That being said, we are grateful for your review on needed repairs and are already addressing many upgrades. We would have gladly helped with anything you needed, had we been aware. The AC situation is stated in the property description. Most homes in Colorado do not have AC, 80% to be exact. Generally once summer months are over and Fall has rolled around, the evenings get too chilly to even open the windows. Temps range from 66*highs to 30* lows, and were no exception during your stay. Had we known you were uncomfortable We would have gladly provided more information on how to cool off. We also give this information in our Welcome, Check in instructions. The price of this compact unit is identical to other units in Pagosa, infact, we compare prices analysis with many other management companies and hotels in the area. We are competitors, but we are ultimately all on the same team and have one mission in mind, and that is to keep Pagosa Springs amazing for everyone who lives and travels here. We truly hope you will consider giving these familiar and popular Pagosa Spring Condos/Townhomes another chance.
