A stackable washer/dryer and laundry supplies are tucked into a cubby for convenience. The bedroom has one full-size bed with comfortable linens; the living room sofa converts to a bed. The bathroom includes fresh towels. Guests can also enjoy landscaped grounds and a gazebo.

The condo is in Pagosa Springs with quick access to both uptown and downtown, about a 5-minute drive. Nearby food, entertainment, and local amenities are within walking distance, and the condo sits just off the golf course. Wolf Creek Ski Area is about 30 minutes away for Rocky Mountain skiing and hiking. Durango and South Fork are approximately an hour away by car, and the New Mexico state line is nearby for additional outdoor recreation.

There is a pet fee of $40, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 40 lbs or less.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.

Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
