If you are looking for the perfect Branson Retreat-this is it!!! Walk in, 3 Bedroom Townhome, located in Pointe Royale Resort! This is sure to be the perfect place for your stay!

No steps to enter this beautiful townhome! Perfect for anyone with mobility issues. The main floor contains a large living room so you all can gather together for memory making, movie time, or relaxation after long days of exploring all that Branson has to offer! A large power reclining sectional and second power reclining sofa make it possible for everyone to have a comfortable seat. We have also provided a large dining room table for story telling time over a meal all together or a family game night. Cook your meals in our beautiful and wonderfully stocked large kitchen. When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find a king master suite bedroom on the main floor, and a queen and king bedroom upstairs. If you need more sleeping space, we have provided 2 rollaway beds with memory foam mattresses.

Lots of entertainment provided right in this beautiful townhome! There is a TV in every room with access to Cable TV and Netflix. All ages will enjoy the multi game stand up arcade for some old school classic fun! Morning coffee on the patio enjoying the beautiful Ozark Mountains, or a nightcap on the patio with the ambience of the cafe lights. Both bedrooms upstairs walk out to the upper level deck to enjoy some fresh air! Grab the cornhole bags set that we have provided, and head out to the green space around our townhome and have a family fun game of bags.

When you are ready to venture out, you don't have to go too far! So many amenities provided right in the resort! You can utilize all the wonderful amenities of the gated Pointe Royale Resort. Golf (additional fees), tennis, basketball, 24 hour fitness center, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool and hot tub (adult only), playground, dog park, amazing fly fishing on Lake Taneycomo and so much more.

Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know:

$60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play.

Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking.

***1 Dog CONSIDERED. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK without discussing and getting PRE approval for your dog. We consider 1 small to medium, low shedding, adult dog. Your dog must be completely housetrained and only potty outside, is not allowed on furniture or beds, must be leashed and picked up after outside, kenneled while you are away, not a barker or whiner while you are away, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night pet fee.

On Location-Swimming, tennis, basketball, fishing, playground, bar and grill, dog park, and golfing. Golfing requires extra fees at the golf shop.

We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee
-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August.
-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.
-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started.
-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked.
-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest.
-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. Key cards that are lost or taken home are charged at $20 per key card to replace.
-Take one final look around for forgotten items-cell phone chargers, etc.
-Please make sure all remotes are returned to the designated room.
