Enjoy spending time by the shared swimming pool, taking in the views from the private back deck, or just hanging out together. You have all the comforts of home in this enchanting vacation rental, with all the regal sophistication you could ever ask for. Take a deep breath full of clean, mountain air as you step out on the back deck with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Make a delicious meal together in the luxurious island kitchen as you discuss all the fantastic ideas you have for spending your day. Great house with a beautiful view! Very clean, peaceful, and welcoming! Layout was perfect for our family. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to add curtains and area rugs to the bedrooms. Both would help filter out sound and the curtains would make it a little easier to sleep in the morning. Outside of that everything was perfect!

Spent 4 amazing nights at this home. Very clean and spacious- just what a family of 8 needs. Close to all the attractions Brandon has to offer- but very quiet for those nights you want to unwind!

The home was beautiful and plenty large enough for our two adult children, their partners and my wife and I. It is a very short drive to State Park Marina where we rented a boat for the weekend. We had a great time and loved the house.

Family Trip

Our family including grandparents enjoyed a long weekend at the lake. The listing indicates pet friendly, but there is no yard - and very little options for your dogs to walk or find grass. We haven’t been able to connect with anyone about the grill/propane tank we refilled and would like reimbursement for.

Beautiful views! Loved kitchen and living room set up. We had 6 in our party and plenty of room. We did take advantage of the grill and deck. We also, all loved the game room. I would definitely book this property again. Thank you Sunset properties for making our stay very nice!

Great Time

Everything was as expected. Beautiful views, big living area, clean, great for a family gathering. Within 20 minutes of anything to do in Branson. Only negatives were: grill may need replaced at some point, internet was spotty but still adequate, need more cleaning supplies for general cleaning, might have more toiletries available. Pros way outweighed the cons. Would highly recommend!

Nice home in quiet area

The stay was nice. Check-in was good and very easy. Property management was easy to communicate with. The home though, while enough to satisfy our needs, really wasn’t special. Yes, the location was close to the lake, we didn’t go on the lake so maybe we weren’t the best to enjoy that aspect. We didn’t do any cooking in the kitchen, but if we did, we’d of been missing stuff. Always worth noting, is that we had to start the dishwasher (didn’t use dishes so no big deal) and take the trash to the bins to avoid a “100 added charge, per issue” This is always annoying, taking out the trash should be part of the “cleaning fee” charged to us VRBO users.

Stay was excellent

We really enjoyed our stay. But, it is a good thing bugs don't bother us. They really need to get an exterminator. There were lady beetles and others inside the house. The cusions on the upper deck could use a cleaning. Apparently someone has a pet there because there was hair on the cusions.

The views off of the back decks were breathtaking, and the shared pool was a nice touch! The house was super clean, and the layout worked well for a large family with plenty of space and smartly-designed rooms and spaces. The house could have used more towels and a few more kitchen supplies (salt, pepper, extra silverware), but otherwise we couldn't be happier with the stay!

Overall stay was very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Inside layout spacious and nice bedroom layout for our family. However, there was nowhere to gather outside with seating except for the balconies which faced west and had no shade and too hot to enjoy. Shared infinity pool was very nice although hard to navigate around with the rocks. Floors seemed gritty/dusty perhaps from ongoing construction of other houses nearby but otherwise clean. View was beautiful Could have used some blinds in dining area for afternoon sun.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home. There was plenty of room for family fun but also laid out to provide for family privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities, including a blender, coffee pot, small Keurig, and small microwave. I personally needed a couple more storage containers and coffee mugs, but that wasn't a deal breaker. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the extra soft blankets were great for those who ran cool out for sunburned. The toddlers and parents loved the easy and CLOSE access to Moonshine Beach since the marina was 20 minutes away. Moonshine dock provided a great place to meet since one of our toddlers didn't like spending a great deal of time on the boat at one time.The pool was VERY nice, but there were no lights for night time swims, and we had to drive to get to it. If you're not wanting to use a boat multiple times a day or don't mind a 20 minute drive, this is the place for you. Loading the littles in and out of the carseats for only an hour on the boat was just a bit of a pain for us. However, we all had a great time, and I have some wonderful memories!!! The house is gorgeous and is well worth the cost!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was on a beautiful bluff overlooking the lake inlet. The view was amazing. Very nice. We stayed mostly on the top level balcony. The house was super clean, and everything was almost new and great condition. Good layout of the kitchen/living room, and the master bedroom was nice. Mattress comfortable, and good sized closet for clothes.Very close to town. About 12-20 minutes to almost anywhere.Donna at the management company was very easy to work with, and really quick with correspondence. I would definitely rent this property again, and use Sunset Nightly Rentals again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a company management team get a way. This was the perfect location for us. Close to town but out of town too. Very clean, all the essentials. We will definitely be back.
