There are 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an air conditioned game room. Our villa has everything that you need in a vacation home, less than 5 miles from the most magical place on Earth.

The Space:
Our colorful villa is Disney-inspired and equipped with all new appliances, quartz countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, luxury vinyl plank flooring, flatscreen TVs in the living and bed rooms private washer / dryer, private screened-in pool and attached spa (hot tub), new bedding, 55” Smart TV, and Free WiFi internet. There's also a fully air conditioned game room with table tennis and air hockey table.

For those traveling with babies or young children, pack and play and baby gate are provided.
The property has a three-car maximum.

The Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secure gated resort community located less than 2 miles from Walt Disney World making it the closest resort community to the major theme parks. Over the past thirteen years Windsor Hills has firmly secured its position as the most popular private rental community in Orlando. Windsor Hills is the perfect retreat to escape the frenetic atmosphere of the parks. Easy to get to and only 20 minutes drive from Disney by car or bus, it provides the optimal base for a full on day at the parks then some well earned rest in the comfort of your own home away from home. Windsor Hills offers peace and tranquility and a luxurious accommodation option as an alternative to staying on-site at Disney. Alternatively the resort acts as the ideal golf holiday location, located next door to the excellent Mystic Dunes Golf Club and within easy reach of a wide array of golf courses in the Kissimmee area (across all ability levels and budgets) so there are plenty of options and a week or two of full on golf, playing a different course every day, is easily achieved with Windsor Hills as your base.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT - PARKING
There is a THREE CAR MAXIMUM per Windsor Hills property address - exceptions MUST be approved PRIOR to arrival. Please notify us if you expect more than 3 cars. In some cases, 4 cars may be allowed.
Parked vehicles CANNOT block sidewalks.
Parked vehicles CANNOT park on the streets or grass.
There are only TWO vehicles allowed to be parked in the driveway - additional vehicles MUST park in the oversize parking lot or near the clubhouse.
Registered guests CANNOT share parking passes with unregistered guests. ​​
​Vehicles can/will be towed at the vehicle's owner's expense by the Windsor Hills community if these rules are not followed.

1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.

2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.

3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.

4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.

5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.

6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.

7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.

8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.
