Such a wonderful property!

Wonderful neighborhood and property! We enjoyed this property very much! The staff at the gates to get into were wonderful to work with as well as other staff on property. We had a few questions about our stay and Diego was very quick to respond back!

Great house for family

The management was way better than others I’ve used in the past. The hot tub actually was turned on and worked! They touched base after we got there to make sure all was okay and they didn’t make us do all the laundry and housework before we left like other management companies do

The villa was fabulous, clean, spacious with everything we needed. The host Diego is excellent, he responds very quickly to questions, on the evening we arrived I messaged about a maintenance issue and it was sorted the following morning. My only disappointment was there was very little sun in the pool area. From the website photos I had assumed it would be sunny for most of the day or evening but it was mostly shaded. There was one issue we did have that marred the stay and I didnt contact Diego about (as its not a quick fix) and that was the noise from the pool pump, it is excessive 24hrs a day and in addition you have to endure the noise from next door's pool pump as well. The noise made it difficult to sit outside in the BBQ area and can be heard inside the villa as well. I think the only solution would be to box them? I loved the hot tub, sitting under the stars in the dark was special, its definitely worth paying the extra to have it. I did use the communal pool which was very nice (and sunny). The only thing that would stop me returning to this villa was the noise, if sorted I would love to return because it was so nice. I would certainly stay in another of Diego's villas as he's such a good host (sorry for hitting you with the noise issue here and not messaging whilst we were staying!)

Perfect family stay

The property was perfect for our large extended family. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, games room and cinema room, while the adults enjoyed the outside cooking facilities. The property is in a great location for all Orlando offers, especially the theme parks. The check in process was very smooth and communication was great throughout. There were a couple of minor issues such as the ice machine not working, but this was resolved very quickly.

Perfect property

The house was perfect for our group and was central to some of the day trips we had planned. The pool was cloudy when we arrived but that was fixed a few days into our trip. The house was clean and the size of the rooms gave everyone enough space.The only con was more the HOA than the owner/house. We put the trash out as indicated but it didn’t get picked up. They were ticketing and towing the first night but there was no overflow parking available. We figured out a solution but they were hard core about parking in the street so if you can, carpool. :) Overall, it was a nice stay.

Orlando Family Holiday.

The property was very nice, the whole family enjoyed our stay. However l do feel some issues need attention. there were only 2 sun loungers, one of which was broken (we were a party of 9). there was a tile missing from the jacuzzi which the small children had to be made aware of, it would also have been nice to have an umbrella by the pool. The vertical blinds in the lounge area were in a poor state of repair and need replacing, the patio door locks didn't feel secure when locked. The footstall in the lounge area had material ripped from the underneath and was hanging down which looked unsightly. In the games room the air hockey game which was advertised was absent. The power sockets in the kitchen area tripped out but were dealt with by the host very quickly, although this happened many times during our stay, my son figured out how fix it. I feel if these little issues are dealt with the property would be absolutely perfect for any family to stay and have a wonderful holiday in Florida. The house was exactly how it is online, big, beautiful and clean. The best neighborhood, it was just what we needed, to wnjoy our stay in Orlando. The host was very responsive to our eveey need and we had no issues at all! Highly recommended as we will be back again soon.

Property is tired

The property worked for our stay with family. Spa had issues and we couldn’t use it for a few days, but was resolved by the property manager. Furniture is old and outdated and the rugs are dirty, stretched and need to be replaced. Also, lots of cars park in the streets and made getting to the address difficult. Seems this rental has seen lots of use and needs to be refreshed

Perfect house for a crowd!

This house was perfect for our group! We had 4 families, including teenagers, and there was space for everyone. The house was very clean and exceeded all our expectations. It was so nice to return home to a spacious inviting house after long days of tournaments. The kids all had their own areas and the parents had their own space. The big kitchen is perfect for "family" style dinners and fellowship! Highly recommend this vacation home and will definitely return!

Awesome!!

This place was awesome! The heated pool and hot tub were so fun to have. We loved the movie room and the game room. Each room has its own bathroom which is perfect for a large group. We spent most our time at theme parks and the drive was only like 20 min. The host responded quickly to every question or need we had. Only thing I would add to make this place even more amazing would be to update the cooking pans to nicer, larger pans and griddles to accommodate cooking for large groups. Also, there was only one tiny shampoo in one of the kids bathrooms and it would have been nice to have a starter shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
