Very clean, kitchen fully stocked with utensils, dishes, glasses and necessary pots and pans. Our family loved the stay there, the private pool and the common areas are great. We highly recommend visiting or staying there when on vacation!

Great stay!

We had stayed at Windsor Hills in the past and this house certainly met our expectations. We had plenty of room, the pool and hot tub were an excellent place to relax after a day at Disney. It was very clean and updated.

Great stay

Very responsive, pictures represent the property well , resort is great , perfect location. The only thing was a bit inconvenient ( communicated in advance) is a 10am check out for a large group with small kids , however being high season totally understandable. Would rent again

Perfect home for large family

Our stay in your vacation property was great. Plenty of room for 12 of us and a quick drive to the Disney parks. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is. We also appreciated the crib and pack n play, high chairs and strollers.

Spacious & Clean!

The Housekeeping Staff was very thorough & polite. Also house was very spacious for are family of 8 . The home's kitchen had a lot of amenities + useful amenities for our one-year-old grandson As well . We are looking forward to rent the property again in the future!

Disappointed in lack of response from Property Management

Door lock to pool wouldn’t lock and some vertical blinds were missing and broken. Emailed Property Management and called twice with no response. Safety issue just wasn’t taken care of.

Beautiful Home

The house was super big , lots of space an very clean . Only bad thing was when booking it doesn’t state you need a drivers license and not just an ID to be able to enter the neighborhood . So I had to add drivers to my booking afterwards due to myself not having a license . They won’t let you in the gate without a drivers license. . Second we waited in line a whole hour just to be able to get inside the gate to the house . There was a line full of cars waiting to enter the neighborhood. The jacuzzi was cold I wasn’t aware if we had to pay seperate for that being that it’s a jacuzzi so it should have been heated . Other than that the house was nice , wifi worked welled an it was very clean . Perfect if your bringing a big family with you .

Disappointing stay

Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. There were small ants everywhere in the house. We complained several times and no response. There was also a cockroach found in the upstairs bathroom as well. We had to throw out a lot of food due to the ants. The response we received was ridiculous. They told us that they sent pest control but there was no change. We contacted them again and were told it would escalate but we never received a call back.

4 Generations making memories

First time reserving a VRBO property- this location was close to all the Disney parks - but because of multiple families together we rented 2 vehicles - this allowed parents to return to the parks at night while grand parents relaxed with the grand child. Community is gated and felt very secure- water park and play areas allowed for young ones to run off energy on property. Walmart will be the go to place for everything including adult supplies. Kitchen allows for morning and evening meals- hard to not overstock food Great find- price point was comparable - extra bedrooms- play area in garage - multiple bath rooms pool with hot tub big plus However- the property is dated- some of the lounge furniture are unusable due to rust- great to have washer and dryer- but dryer is a 2 cycle min Some cleaning supplies are provided but bring extra trash bags - we brought tide pods for laundry- Walmart will be good to pick up paper towel rolls and toilet paper- and paper plates You get a notice prior to your trip about heat for the pool and hot tub- I highly suggest doing that- dial on the building across from the hot tub allows just the hot tub heat- turn that and you feet and hips will thank you We also rented a grill from an outside source because none were available- 100 bucks but it paid for itself within 3 uses I would rent this again - great location with no back neighbors - at the end of the stay I saw guys in a truck picking up trash so I stopped them and they helped

Great for Family but Some Minor Negatives

Over all the house was good. The neighborhood was fabulous. The house was clean and for the most part the process was okay, more complicated than others I have used but it is owned by a company not an individual. They ask you to start the washer before you leave but no detergent is provided. Only 2 tablets for dish washer, 4 trash bags, a half used roll of paper towels, some towels and rags, some glass ware and plates, some plastic plates and bowls. Plastic cups would be nice since it is obvisly a family rental. Only one bed in the kids rooms have a character and the cleaners put a white sheet over them so you loose the kids wow factor. The game room is not heated or cooled at all. There is no fan or anything. It was extremely hot and I'm from FL for I'm used to the heat. The light is extremely dim and the bulb went out half way through our stay. I didn't bother with maintenance because we were at Disney the second half of our stay. The air hockey is not great and only had two tiny/broken pool sticks. Washing machine doesn't work on all cycles & the dryer start button only works if you take the knob off. There were some other minor wear and tear common of a kid friendly rental but nothing terrible. Windows I would say are my biggest issue, all unlocked and extremely old, some broken or unable to close. My husband did his best to lock them all but some were impossible. Scary for kids, especially 2nd floor. Good overall but not the best compared to other VRBOs we have stayed.

Worst Experience Ever

This trip was so bad, I kept hoping I’d wake up & realize it was a nightmare.My family took a trip to celebrate my daughter’s 18th/ my 50th birthday at Disney World.I booked what looked like a great 6 BR house for friends/family.We got to Orlando early to get the house ASAP. 4:00PM,I got a text saying there was a delay with the linen company & the house wouldn’t be ready until 5:30PM. I waited outside until it was ready.Pulling into the driveway, I noticed outside was filthy. The porch had loose trash everywhere. It was clear the house hadn’t even been cleaned yet. I waited outside to see if anyone was going to show up; they never did.45 min later the house was supposedly ready.It was a MESS (crumbs everywhere, bottles of open alcohol, FOOD in the fridge).In the rooms/bathrooms, no beds were made, a feces stain in one room, an unflushed toilet.White powder all over a glass dresser which looked like drugs.The condition of the home itself was also unacceptable (front door trim rotting, weeds through the bricks of the pool, broken lounge chair). NOTHING like the pictures. After many attempts to contact the manager, I finally reached him.I demanded another home. We were forced to stay because there wasn’t another choice.By the time we got to the new house it was 7:30PM.I requested a 1 night refund since I lost an entire day & the inconveniences. He refused. All he offered was free pool heating, $50 & said I should “try to enjoy our stay”. The new house wasn’t even close to perfect. The pool never heated up. The jacuzzi didn’t work; it literally DRAINED itself. The bathrooms were disgusting.While I reached out about the pool/jacuzzi, no one ever came to resolve those issues. To make matters worse, while switching homes my wife left her purse at the first home. I was unable to make contact with the manager again until our last day. I finally was told it would be delivered to us before I checked out later that morning. No one came. 2 hours past our check out time, I still hadn’t not received the purse. It turned out the cleaners had it 30 min away. They offered to ship it. I called everyday after I left; it’s always a different excuse. I still haven’t retrieved the bag. We left without it, realizing we were driving back without wallets/licenses & we left so late we had to drive through the night. All in all, a dangerous situation. Worst customer service ever. A scam. The property owners don’t care & are out for money. DON’T STAY HERE or book from Nova.

Great location for Disney Trip

Our family had stayed in the Windsor Hills community last year and found it was very conveniently located to all the Disney parks. So, we decided to stay in the community again this year. This house was very nicely decorated for the kids and I never thought we would get my daughter to leave her frozen room. We did have an issue with the pool heat and did not get it fixed during our stay or a resolution with the owners reached despite reaching out to property management and them indicating a resolution would be reached promptly. The overall cleanliness of the property was good. It was not immaculate, but it wasn’t dirty either. More attention to detail by the cleaning service and this could easily be a five star rating for cleanliness. One thing we have noticed about both properties in the Windsor Hills community is the minimum amount of necessities provided. For a weeks stay you receive one trash bag, maybe two towels per bedroom, and no soap. While I don’t expect a vacation home to be outfitted like a hotel, it is a disappointment knowing you have to purchase a lot of these items that are only sold in quantities that you know means you will have to throw out at the end of your stay. I will say I was very impressed they noted in checkout procedures that all unopened no perishables would be donated to local organizations. Overall, I was very satisfied with the property, it would just take a little more effort on cleaning and amenities offered to make this property a must stay 5-star property.

After checking with the property manager, he advised that it took several days for the replacement of the malfunctioned part of the pool heater to be delivered and that's why the fixture schedule was postponed after you checked out. He has confirmed that the pool heater is working properly now. With regards to the supply of necessities in the property, as you may have observed it is per industry standard; however, to further clarify we do provide hand soaps. We will take your advice into consideration and communicate with the property management team to ensure the cleanliness and other amenities are maintained at the optimal level at all time for our future guests.

Great place to stay with large group!

This property was perfect for what we needed. Our group of 12 had plenty of space in this house. Bedrooms were very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed and the pool was perfect to come back and relax in after a long day. The resort pool was teriffic as well. Thank you!

Every thing was great !

Gorgeous, clean, and spacious home. Frank's place is beautifully decorated in soft, elegant grays and creams. The kitchen and living room area were our favorite. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and there’s an alarm for every entrance to the pool so there is no worry for young kids around it. Would definitely recommend and return to this place.

Great house, plenty of social areas！

This place is beautifully decorated in soft, elegant grays and creams. My guests and I especially enjoyed the quiet, peaceful surroundings. The kids loved the pirate themed bedroom and toys. Highly recommend!

Exceptional

We enjoyed ourselves from check in to check out. The house is large and very clean & spacious! Its pretty big with many lounging chairs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely reserve this house again in the future.
