Fantastic place. Fhe proprty has an undersold outdoor patio wirh seating for 8 and a roof. The area is very safe ams walking diatance from a coffee shop.

The house was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and within less than a mile of multiple stores, mall, restaurants etc. The covered breezeway between the garage and house was an added bonus, there's a patio table and chairs, it was a great space to play games and just relax outside. We will stay here again!

Great location..beds were comfy..nice tvs..plenty of seats in living room..nice kitchen and dining table..quiet on a cul de sac..very clean..lots of towels..better selection of glasses and plates than most I’ve stayed at..will def stay here again!

The code pad on the front door is defective and should be replaced or repaired. We found out the last day that the code also worked on the back door. The information we were given said the back door was not programed. It is more convenient to always us the back door especially since they don't want you to wear your shoes inside.Also, the picture of the bathtub shows that the toiletries are set up for you. If I wasn't bothered by strong odors I would have left my supplies at home and had to purchase more for my stay.The place was nicely located and overall a great place to stay. I just recommend not using false images and fixing what you know is broken or using the back door.

Perfect little house for our girls weekend at the KY 3 day event. The 3 of us had our own bedrooms with TVs for privacy, and nice common areas to hang out in together. House was clean, comfortable & in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Grocery store & restaurants were close, and the horse park was an easy 20min or so drive. Kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook dinner. We loved our stay & would totally book again.

The house was older, but it was very nice. It was perfect for our stay. A few areas could’ve been a little more clean. Quiet location, except for the dogs barking at neighbors when they were let out to go to the restroom. They only barked if we were outside. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice neighborhood & house

The house was comfortable & close to the locations that we wanted to visit. Nice patio to hang out on in the evenings. Quite clean & the bedrooms were nice and dark for sleeping. Would stay there again.

It was a great location for us, the house is nice and well equipped with everything needed. Only two comments, the bathroom door in the main bedroom does get stuck and the tub mat needs to be cleaned. I would still recommend the place just based on the overall cleanliness and neatness of the house.

Entering the home was easy. Could have used a bath mat in the master bath. And hooks for hanging towels. Not enough hangers. But on a good note..it was close to Keeneland which is where we were spending our time.
