The house was the perfect location and great set up for our guests. The kitchen was modern and it was really nice to have trash bags, etc. on hand. All of our guests thought the beds were comfortable. The one recommendation would be to remove the a/c window units. We thought you had to use and there are extremely noisy. Also they are not attractive. Overall, great location and nice for a group. I would rec'd it and stay again. Also- Seth was available 24/7 to address concerns so that was very helpful- especially on the first night when we were confused about the window units.

Such a great location! Near New Circle and most everything we wanted to do. It’s a comfortable home in a lovely neighborhood. The fenced back yard was lovely.

We had 10 family members staying here for 3 days and we had plenty of room. We went to keeneland and toured a horse park - both thoroughly enjoyable. The house is beautifully updated and is well stocked. It is very comfortable and also has a nice covered patio. A couple things for our host:We had difficulty with the thermostat and it would be nice to have instructions The water is almost scorching hot - the temperature should probably be turned downThe back porch could really use railings so nobody falls offThere were some bugs in the basement bathroom.
