This dreamy getaway is located in the heart of Lexington's NoLi district where you can walk to breweries, boutiques & restaurants. Enjoy luxurious bedding & modern amenities while relaxing with family & friends. Our chef's kitchen features stainless cookware, quartz countertops & a granite island. Guests will enjoy our hi-speed wifi, a 55" smart TV in the living room & 43" smart TVs in each bedroom for streaming your favorite apps. Check-in easily w/ keyless entry.
If needed, we live nearby & will be available via text, but want to give guests their privacy. We also travel frequently, so we may or may not be in town during your stay.
The NoLi District (North Limestone) is a lively & vibrant neighborhood in transition just north of downtown Lexington. You'll notice lots of revitalization happening on every block, from restored homes to renovated boutique businesses. Our guests love the location, the proximity to downtown & the homey getaway we created in such a central location.
Only steps from our home, you can visit Al's Bar, Backroads Bakery, SRO - (standing room only) an authentic japanese happy hour bar, Arcadium - an arcade bar, Favor - fantastic restaurant behind Arcadium & Rock House Brewing.
A 10-minute walk will lead you to the Central Bank Arena. The Distillery District is 10 mins. away by car. The Ky Horse Park, Keeneland & the airport are 15-minutes away. If you bring your bikes, you can enjoy the Legacy Trail - a 12-mile shared use greenway that connects downtown with area neighborhoods, parks & historic sites. Hop on just 2 blocks away & cycle through downtown to the Kentucky Horse Park, savoring the character that makes Lexington truly unique.

We have taken great care to provide everything you might want in a vacation getaway. The primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet w/ luggage rack, hangers, a dresser, a small fan, hand-held steamer, iron & ironing board + & a private en suite bathroom with a tiled shower where we provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash that’s good for your hair & the planet. The additional 2 bedrooms feature queen beds, spacious closets with hangers, a luggage rack, a dresser and share a bathroom with tile flooring, granite vanity top & a tub/shower combo. We think you'll love the plush memory foam mattresses (green certified), 100% cotton sheets (green certified), down-alternative comforters, the well-appointed kitchen, thoughtful bathroom amenities, LG laundry tower, plus a few games. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars behind the house on Harry Street. There’s also street parking in front of the house (free).
The surrounding neighborhood is very walkable. Lexington offers bus service, but it's not very efficient for getting around in a timely manner. Uber & Lyft are available. Bird/Spin scooters can be found in & near downtown. Bike racks are plentiful.
Pets are welcome for $150 per stay.
