Brand New 3BR So Close to Sea and Lake

So close to the beach you can hear it! This block is perfectly located to take advantage of the best that Encounter Bay has to offer – the beach is a short, flat walk to the end of the street, the lake with its own public beach and park is just a few hundred metres away, and the hidden wetland walks of Encounter Waters are a few mins walk on the other side of the street. There are also multiple cafes within walking distance – one on the lake and three on Franklin Parade (just off Tabernacle).

And best of all is the virtually brand new, three bedroom, 2 bathroom house! As you walk in the front door, there is a small lounge on the right-hand side which is a delightful nook for quiet reading or watching TV. Next is the main bedroom with a walk-in robe and ensuite. The other two bedrooms are to the rear of the house with a three-way bathroom between them (separate shower and bath, separate toilet and separate vanity).

The open-plan kitchen and dining/living area open out onto a large undercover patio. The kitchen has a double-door fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave and a breakfast bar that seats three.

There is ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout the house. There is a double garage available for guest use and a wide concrete driveway so bring the boat! The Encounter Bay boat ramp is only a few minute's drive away so this is a perfect location for the avid boatie!

Third Bedroom: 2 x Single Beds (sleeps 2)

Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied. You may wish to bring some extras. All bed linen is provided.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Pets
Your well-behaved pets are welcome inside! The backyard is fully enclosed with 1.8M colourbond fencing, which is great for both pets and kids!

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
