Welcome to Driftwood & Daydreams, a stunning beach house newly built in 2025 that perfectly blends modern luxury with a relaxed coastal vibe. Located in the heart of Chiton, this property offers a fresh take on the classic beach shack, where everything is brand new and designed for your comfort. The heart of the home is the expansive upstairs open-plan living and dining area, where floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors frame beautiful hills views and open onto a spacious balcony—the ideal spot for a summer BBQ.

The property is packed with premium features to make your stay special. You’ll love the unique heated swim spa with swim jets, perfect for a relaxing soak or a bit of exercise. This optional feature is $160 (per booking) + $11 per guest. Just let us know when you book and we'll send through a payment request.

The chef’s kitchen is a dream for entertaining, featuring a large island bench, walk-in pantry, and a plumbed fridge with instant filtered water and ice. With two separate living areas, there is plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs lounge features a large corner sofa and hills views, while the downstairs area offers a comfortable retreat with its own TV. Practical extras like the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach and ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning throughout ensure a seamless and comfortable getaway.

When you’re ready to explore, you are within easy walking distance to Chiton Beach. You’re also perfectly positioned for day trips, located just a 4-minute drive from the charm of Port Elliot and 6 minutes from the bustling center of Victor Harbor.

Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 8, Max 7 Adults):

Main Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2)
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Third Bedroom: King Single Bed and Double/Single Bunk Bed* (Sleeps 4, *top bunk is not suitable for an adult)
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

The property welcomes your well-behaved pets inside. The backyard is safe and secure for your furry friends, featuring fully enclosed 1.8m high colorbond fencing.

Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate
