This comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is less than a mile to Cooks Brook Beach on Eastham's lovely bayside. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this single-story home with central air conditioning is an ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. Enter an open main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV with YouTube TV (stream additional content with your own accounts) and WiFi (fireplace is decorative, not for tenant use). The living room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The dining area has a table and chairs with room for everyone and a slider to the large back deck. The kitchen has stainless appliances and a large island with counter seating.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV with YouTube TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third has two twins. There is a second bathroom with tub/shower.

Central air, wood floors throughout the main living areas and bedrooms. Washer and dryer in the basement.

The large deck with gas grill and outdoor furniture looks out over the backyard. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower and fire pit.

The property is less than a mile to two of Eastham's best bay beaches--Cooks Brook Beach (.84 mi) and Campground Beach (.97 mi). Short drive to the best of Eastham including the town's restaurants, ponds, Cape Cod Rail Trail bike and walking path, Nauset Light, the Cape Cod National Seashore's Salt Pond Visitor Center, trails and amazing ocean beaches--Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach. Head into Wellfleet for the iconic Wellfleet Drive-In, Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, live theater, golf and the town's famed restaurants, shops and galleries.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
