Welcome to Harbor Cove #82, a spacious and handicap-accessible end unit condo, offering 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Ski weekend

We stayed for a weekend to go skiing at Nubs Nob. Very spacious bedrooms! Lots of room for everyone with 5 bedrooms! We had everything we needed. Very clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great ski weekend

I had stayed at Harbor Cove previously. Love the location - close to skiing and Harbor Springs. The condo was perfect for three families. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Hope to return!!

Annual Summer Trip to HS

Can’t wait to return especially once the new facilities are complete. You can’t beat Harbor Cove for amenities and location. We have stayed in the Harbor Cove community for many years and than explored other properties but for the money you can’t beat the accommodations for a family. Only thing, if you have a lot of coffee drinkers, bring your own coffee pot.

Great location to the ski hills (and the bay in the summer) and a very well kept condo. The management team was very responsive and had excellent customer service. I would recommend to friends and family. Skied at Nubs and The Highlands, went snow shoeing at Hidden Valley Nature Preserve, shopping downtown Harbor springs and had dinner at Northern Lights. Really enjoyed the brand new pool and community center. Kids loved the pool and hot tub and adults enjoyed hanging out in the community room. Excellent visit overall.

No closet or real door for the second bedroom on the 1st floor made it less than desirable. The upstairs bathroom had damage on the vanity. Over the front door there is water damage that has not been attended to.

Great value for the price

This was a great condo for the price. Overall, no complaints. The location is beautiful, with land preserves and hiking trails surrounding the condo neighborhood. The private beach is lovely and just a short walk away (with plenty of parking if you’re not a walker). I thought the proximity to the airport might be a problem, but I only saw six planes in a week - all on Thursday evening (weekenders). There were a few small maintenance issues as mentioned in other reviews, but many of those had already been corrected -new Pella sliding doors, and windows are scheduled for replacement - hopefully that will include new blinds (blinds were mostly functional, but old). The bedroom furniture is old and dated, but serviceable. Linens are professionally cleaned and plentiful. Every bathroom had nice quality soaps, shampoo & conditioner. Basic needs were addressed - dishwasher & laundry detergent, new sponge in the kitchen, plenty of dishes and flatware. Some reviews stated that the condo was not clean. I’m fussy, and I thought it was fine. The appliances could use a good deep cleaning, but overall the unit was very clean. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Got tex day before welcoming us upon arrival needed toilet paper sponge for dishes no dish towels they ‘ ‘Knew we were coming basic things should have been there place was dirty refrigerator did not work frooze everything plus on door two shelves bar broken couldn’t use plus on rubber seal it was black bifold door to one bedroom scrapped on carpet no beach towels shower in master couldn’t move shower head water went all over the place no placemat or tablecloth very disappointing we were charged a cleaning fee but the place was dusty and dirty when we arrived second master has a great shower the deck was nice they need ceiling fans in bedrooms no charcoal for bbq they did give little packets with soap shampoo body lotion lots of added fees other than tax Vrbo and cleaning a service fee and booking fee never had this before charge 50 dollars if you arrive before 4 Indoor pool hot tub were nice need chairs to bring to the beach there were only two for a 5 bedroom unit

Harbor cove is probably the best place to stay if you have kids that like to swim

The place we rented was ok I wish they had air conditioning.. the club house burnt down in the winter I was looking forward the hot tub and sauna indoor pool but it not there any more

Spacious condo

The place was as described. Plenty of room and comfortable. I think there was an indoor pool which had a lot to do with my decision, but it said it burned down. I was a little disappointed with that. Other than that it was great!
