This home features a fantastic pool and spa area outdoors that’s covered and south-west facing for maximum light exposure. Comfortable lounge furniture surrounds the pool deck, offering up a place for guests to kick back and enjoy the tranquility they’ve come to find. The pool area also enjoys a full dining set for those evenings when an alfresco meal under the stars would hit the spot.



Interior Amenities

This villa is a welcoming 1-story home featuring the best of space, light, and Florida-inspired style throughout. The open floorplan makes it simple for guests to move with ease between living, dining, and sleeping spaces during the day while tall ceilings add to the overall sense of space available. The large windows and sliding glass doors throughout this home allow ample natural light flow to flood the floorplan while also putting a firm focus on a great outdoor view.



The living room hosts a dark brown leather sectional sofa topped with colorful green and white throw pillows. The sofa sits on a geometric blue area rug and in front of a large flat-screen television for added entertainment value. The teal accent wall in the living room beautifully complements the teal-dotted curtains that hang above the large sliding glass doors. From this access point, guests can transition directly out to the pool and lounge area.



The full kitchen in this home is just around the corner from the living room and is a wonderful space to serve up breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Here, guests will enjoy access to a collection of stainless-steel appliances as well as beautiful granite countertops, an extended breakfast bar and cabinetry filled with cookware as well. The kitchen also enjoys a vibrant teal accent wall which is wonderfully offset by 6-person dining room table in white stone finish and surrounded by white chairs.



After a meal, enjoy a good night’s rest in this property no matter which bedroom you choose. If you’re not quite ready to rest and could go for some friendly competition instead, the game room is the place to be. Here, guests can enjoy time around the pool table or make the most of a game of air hockey!



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee at additional cost plus tax will apply when you let us know you''re bringing your dog. There is a two-dog maximum.

Pet must be disclosed and an additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
