The Neighborhood:
Indianapolis, often shortened to Indy, is the state capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Indiana and the seat of Marion County. Downtown living offers a mix of residential options: charming, historic neighborhoods with brick-paved streets and classic architecture as well as luxury condominiums, urban lofts and modern apartments.
Getting Around:
On nice days and evenings I prefer the easy 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the neighborhood. During inclement weather or if you just don’t feel like walking everything in the neighborhood or downtown Indianapolis is generally a $5-$8 Uber or Lyft ride.
Other Things to Note:
Security camera/recording device — Hallway in common area outside apartment; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing
No smoking, parties, pets
Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($50/hr late fee)
$200 penalty for removing smoke detectors
No outside guests without permission
One towel per guest per stay
Valid photo ID required to complete the booking
ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be:
1. 22 years old for out of town guests
2. 25 years old for local guests
No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
