IMPORTANT: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. You will be asked to either pay a refundable damage deposit or waiver and upload a govt ID.

A guest must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. We do not host guests below 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

Please note that you are required to have a smart phone for the entire trip. The locks for the building work through a smart phone application.

If booking through one of our approved corporate clients, please be sure to include an HR reference ID upon booking. Please note that we collect Names, DOBs, and DL Numbers for every guest as required by building management.
HOUSE RULES:

Pet Rules Policy

• Pet weight limit: 35 lbs.
• No Pitbulls
• All pets must be housetrained
• Pets must not be left alone in the apartment by themselves

No Smoking Policy

• Smoking will result in a $500 fine.

No Party Policy

• Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.
○ Violations will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund.

Noise Curfew Policy

• Noise curfew:
○ 10 PM–7 AM (weekdays)
○ 10 PM–8 AM (weekends)

• Penalties for violation:
○ First: Complimentary warning.
○ Second: $100 fine.
○ Third: Immediate eviction with no refund.

Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy

• This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests.

• For questions or concerns, contact the host directly.

• Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency.

Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy

• Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware.

• Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal.

• Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot.


Guest Policy

• No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation.

• Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. (Building Rules)

Local Guest Policy

• No locals (zip codes starting with "46") unless a business/medical exemption is provided and must be approved by the host (Building Rules)
