You’ll have all the essentials on hand for a great stay here at Pukeko Cottage, including a well-equipped kitchen, and both a wood burning fireplace and a fan to ensure just the right temperature no matter the season. You’ll also find complimentary WIFI and a selection of books and games to keep you entertained - if you can tear yourself away from the beach that is!

The outdoor living area at this Pohara Beach holiday home is where we think you’ll spend most of your time. Enjoy BBQ meals alfresco on the deck at the large and shaded outdoor dining table, and feel confident the kids are safely playing in the fully fenced yard.

At the end of a great day of fun in the sun, there's a space for everyone to get a good night’s rest. Two comfortable bedrooms feature queen size beds, while a sleepout offers a double bed. A family bathroom in the house, with a separate toilet, completes the setup for your stay.

You’re just 160m from the beach here at Pukeko Cottage, and a three-minute drive from the boat ramp - you can park the boat on the lawn! If you need that all-important coffee fix in the morning, the fantastic Totally Roasted Cafe is just three doors down, and the general store for all your supplies (and ice-cream, of course) is just a five-minute stroll down the road.

For adventures further afield, check out the other beaches in the Golden Bay area, and if you need a bit more than just bread and milk, Takaka is only 15 minutes away by car.
