Just 300 yards to Eagle Lodge and the lifts to enjoy Mammoth Mountain, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 -bath condo is perfectly located for year-round adventures. Nestled along the scenic Sierra Star Golf Course, you'll enjoy a peaceful forest setting with all the comforts of home and resort-style amenities. Inside, you'll find a spacious, upgraded and nicely furnished retreat that sleeps up to six guests. The living area features a cozy gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, WIFI, creating a warm and inviting place to unwind after a day of adventuring. The full kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with stone counters, and a private gas BBQ is ready for grilling on the patio. The primary bedroom features a king bed and TV with private en-suite with beautifully tiles walk-in shower and double vanity. While the second bedroom has bunk beds with a Full over Queen, perfect for kids or friends, with adjacent full bathroom with tiled tub/shower combo. The living room sofa sleeper provides extra space for more alternative sleeping arrangements. You'll also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer / dryer. The complex offers great amenities including a year-round outdoor Jacuzzi, outdoor pool (seasonal) and underground heated garage parking (garage clearance 7' 6") - no snow shoveling required! The green and yellow shuttle lines are nearby for easy access to town, or walk to Eagle Lodge via the nearby footpath. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. This unit is ground level access, there is elevator access from the underground garage parking, and ramps providing accessible entry. There are no steps to enter, and the unit is all on one level inside. This home does not allow pets, is non-smoking. Great Location

The cabin was everything we could ask for. Great location where we could walk back to have a quick lunch. The cabin was super clean. 4 stars since the pull out bed was not comfortable at all (ended up just sleeping on the couch instead of pulling the bed out) and lighting the fireplace/heat wasn't the easiest thing.

Wonderful location and accommodations

My son and his friends had such a grand time during their ski weekend away from college life. It was the perfect place to relax. Loved having everything in such close proximity - ski hill, restaurants, athletic club. Couldn’t have been a nicer place for them. Thank you!

The snow was very deep upon our arrival in the evening and we struggled to find our unit a bit since the path to our building was not plowed. You park under a different building for this unit. We needed flashlights to find our way (because of the high snow). It was very dark as we entered as none of the porch lights were on. The porch lights seem to be controlled by timers from the HOA and kept the entry dark. The unit itself is very comfortable (great sofa) and well appointed with items needed and enough dishes. Lots of games in the cabinet. Great dining table with lots of space. The King bed was firm, there were extra pillows provided. We walked to Eagle lodge and it took about 15 min. We would return!

The owners have upgraded the flooring. This is a cozy condo and everything is well maintained. Great location close to downtown, a quick jaunt to Old Mammoth Road, and a few blocks to the road up to the Lakes. Free privileges at the beautiful Snow Creek fitness center. It is a few blocks away from one of the ski lift centers for those winter visitors. So, very convenient and comfortable, and reasonably priced.

Great property, great locations, and great times. Unit is located in the heart of mammoth lakes, close to village as well as all surrounding restaurants and pubs. Unit in person is as described in posting. Gym is not onsite but 0.5 miles away. Unit stocked with all essentials needed to cook at home at well. Will def rent again

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have booked with Mammoth Reservations a few times in the last year and I was disappointed with the recent stay. The location for Mammoth Freen #102 is great and the underground parking is nice. However, there were major maintenance issues that disrupted our stay. The fireplace was not working when we first arrived. It was eventually repaired but the thermostat to control the fireplace was not operating, so we had to keep it turned up to max or else it would shut off. We were told they would repair it during our stay but received no further updates for the entire weekend (stay was 3 nights). The hot water went out on the last 2 nights and we didn't hear from the property managers regarding the issue. We called in on the second day and they mentioned it was an issue they were aware of and working on fixing, but once again we received no updates during the rest of our stay. I sent a follow up e-mail right after we got home (Sunday) and still haven't heard back from their team (5 days later).

Perfect ski condo

Condo was perfectly located and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge and lift. Very cozy condo with all the amenities. We would recommend new mattresses or make sure you bring a mattress topper.

Perfect for Skiing Fam

What a great find. Clean, perfect location-felt like we were staying at a ski lodge. We were within an easy walk of the Eagle and central to the entire town of Mammoth. Check in process was a breeze and on the way to an awesome condo. Clean and comfy. Would use again no questions asked.
