Nikki, We apologize for your uncomfortable experience. We do provide full access to the Snowcreek Athletic Club with your rental which offers multiple indoor Jacuzzi and a pool. We are very flexible with the check in process if the unit is ready before 4:00 pm we are more than happy to give access. Unfortunately the unit wasn’t ready prior to the check-in time, and the guaranteed early check-in information was presented to inform you for next time to guarantee an early arrival. I am so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay! I am very happy to report that the dishwasher and DVD player are both fixed and working perfectly! Unfortunately appliances don't give us advance notice of when they are going to be troubling! Luckily an appliance repairman came out and worked his magic. It is true, this unit doesn't offer internet which we try to make everyone aware of. We were able to get you a neighbors internet though which should have worked great. Next time book through us direct and we will find you something that suits your needs better.
