Perfectly positioned adjacent to the Dennis Pines Golf Course, this home offers a seamless blend of outdoor adventure and modern indoor comfort for up to 8 guests. The heart of the home features a fully renovated kitchen equipped with a large central island, professional-grade tools (including a lobster pot!), and a bright, open flow. Whether you're hosting a feast in the dining area or relaxing in the living room by the 55" TV, the layout is designed for effortless socializing. A full bathroom is conveniently located just off the mud room beside the kitchen.

The second floor holds a bright bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath, a restful room with a queen, and a third bedroom with two twin beds as well as a full bathroom. The walk out lower level offers an additional room with two twin beds, a game room, and another TV 50" area with a pull out sleeper sofa.

Step outside to enjoy the wooded privacy of the yard or relax on the spacious back porch. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower—a true Cape Cod tradition. The property also features a gas grill and deck furniture, perfect for sunset dinners overlooking the water. Relax in the air conditioning after a day at the beach. Prepare a feast with loved ones in the well stocked kitchen but most importantly, make lasting memories in this lovely home.

Nice secluded house in a beautiful neighborhood

Wonderful time on the Cape. Close to everything you would want to do . Nice house with 3 br 3 baths plus outdoor shower. Huge deck and a great secluded backyard. Friendly neighborhood. Easy check in .AC . Highly recommend this home .

One of the upstairs bedroom had MANY flying insects, so much that our grandkids refused to sleep there. The bedroom in the basement had a broken window and frogs came in so the kids wouldn't sleep there either. That left us with a house that was advertised to be a 4 bedroom home with two bedrooms. The local realtors worked with us and were very responsive to remedy the issues but nature won. they settled on giving us a financial recovery

The back deck was great to hang out on in the mornings drinking our coffee before starting our day. Corporation beach is about 2.5 miles away from the home and where we spent most of our days. The rental management was very helpful when we had an issue with the stove. The location of this house is in a residential neighborhood with other beautiful homes. We loved how it was set way back off of the main road. It was so peaceful. A great plus for us was that we were able to take our two small dogs with us who also loved hanging out on the back deck with us.

Everything was so enjoyable. The grille we couldn't get to work even changing the gas..Would loved to have gotten in before 4 PM The day is gone by then but all in all it was great. Don't recall talking to the manager.

Excellent stay. Large, comfortable house that was beautifully appointed. Lovely neighborhood. Drawback to furnish own linen and towels Third bedroom would have more room with full size bed instead of twins. Nice to have extra sleeping room in finished basement, very pleased!

Overall a great stay! The place is beautiful! Great views of the pond, wish there was a walking path closer to pond. Only complaint was when we arrived the garbage can outside was full to the brim with someone else's garbage. The entire stay the garbage was never picked up even though it states there is garbage pick up 2xs per week. Old sock was also left on the bed.

Overall very nice house

Newly renovated home. Kitchen was beautiful but lacked storage for food that didn’t need refrigeration. No pantry space. Furniture was beautiful and functional. Two bedrooms without air conditioning were very hot and stuffy at night. Main bedroom had wall AC. Other two bedrooms could use window AC units. Overall, very nice stay.

Great Stay

We loved the location and the property. So aesthetically pleasing and so pretty to wake up to in the morning! Only thing that was tough was (and this will sound so silly) the vacuum provided...as a mom of three small kids the one that was there just wasn't powerful enough. But all aspects, probably the best rental we've stayed at in the last 6 years! Thank you!!
