Great house for a family getaway to picturesque Cape Cod! We’ve been enjoying summers on the Cape for the last 30 years and we hope you will too! Perfect spot for a family & friends gathering, quiet getaway or if you are looking to explore all the best restaurants! Close to the ferry for a quick day trip to the islands.

This home is located in a beautiful quintessential Cape Cod neighborhood. It’s a 2 minute walk to a private beach in Lewis Bay! 2 miles to Main Street Hyannis, 1 mile to Hyannis Marina.

House sleeps 6 comfortably but can accommodate more with the living room pull-out.
Enjoy a book or meal on the back porch complete with dining table and chairs. Drink your morning coffee in the front yards Adirondacks and watch the joggers and bikers go by!

We know you will love the Cape as much as we do! We are happy to suggest restaurants, activities and shopping for you to enjoy!

Wonderful place to vacation!

Nice house only minutes from a private beach and warm water! Close to lots of delicious restaurants and plenty of ice cream places! We’ve stayed there many times and always come back! 👍👍

Great location in walking distance to green harbor resort where some family members were staying as well as a nearby association beach. Premises were very clean and had plenty of essentials available. Owners were accommodating and fast to respond. Very close to everything Hyannis has to offer. Note that if you plug the provided address into Waze you may get directed to a different address with same street number so you have to pay attention to direction provided.

Back Again

This was our third time staying here and it never disappoints. The house is always clean and check in is a breeze. You can’t beat the location to the beach and the calm water is perfect for kids. Our 8 month old daughter loved her first trip to the cape and we will absolutely be back again!

Great place for a family trip! The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents and a dog. The kitchen had plenty in terms of pots, pans, and dishes, and the grocery store was close by. The outdoor shower was perfect after a day in the sand, and there were (really good) family-friendly restaurants a 5 minute drive away. Our toddlers had a great time at the beach - which is literally 2 minutes away - and the water was calm and shallow enough that they could play without worrying about waves. We appreciated the beach chairs available in the shed.The hosts were very communicative and friendly; they have a family house across the street and got to chat - they were so welcoming. We had a wonderful visit and hope to go back!

Great Cape Stay!

Great location to be able to walk down to a quiet beach. This was perfect as we were in the Cape on what looked like would be a very rainy weekend as we were able to walk down to the beach when the clouds cleared! Communication was great. The house was also very spacious for a group of five girls. Would definitely rebook!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time spending a few nights here! The house was very clean and well kept and all bedrooms were bigger than expected and had good beds. Plenty of room for our family which included 3 young boys who enjoyed playing in the yard almost just as much as going to the beach area. The beach is a very close walk and there were only a couple other people there when we were. The hosts were also very good at communicating and would answer questions quickly! We were very happy with our stay!

Ideal Cape Getaway

Had an amazing time visiting the cape and staying at this property with my twin 2 year old boys and wife. From the beginning of the process Jackie was a pleasure to work with and was an excellent communicator. Loved it’s proximity to the small beach. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for evening walks to the Marina. House itself had everything you need with large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Would without question consider rebooking here for future stays.

Great property in quaint neighborhood

We loved it. As NE native the house reminded me of home growing up; very comfortable. Super easy walk to the beach. Kids loved looking for shells. House was clean and everything worked. Neighborhood was super and neighbors nice. A lot of kids and families walking and biking. Due to traffic, getting out on the main road at certain times could be tough. But we enjoyed the area attractions and loved the water park that's super close. Great stay.

Overall- good.Excellent location and close to private beach.Unit was spacious enough with 3 bedrooms / 2full bathrooms/Kitchen with many utensils and large dining & living room.Unit air conditioned.Beach chairs and propane gas grill a plus.Extra parking available across the street for over 2 car driveway. Excellent communication with property owners.Downside- unit could have been a little cleaner at check needed a quick pesticide application to address earwigs. Otherwise good.

Good location. Owner kindly accommodated two dogs despite advertised one dog limit. Fixtures, particularly bathrooms, are seriously outdated. Owner has a notebook but it provides scant information, and no information on the beach (access, rules, location). The owner charged us extra for extra cleaning but we were going by the notebook, which is far different from what is on line, so don’t go old school. The owner provides no towels. The “owner” is an entire family so you may wind up communicating with multiple people who may be inconsistent.

Thanks for the review and feedback Marshall we always welcome it to make it a better stay for our guests. We expect guests to read about our property and house rules on the Vrbo website. The welcome binder in the home includes fun things to do as well as a guide to check out instructions. Unfortunately our issue was you and your guests did not follow any of the check out instructions that are clearly stated in the binder as well as on the vrbo website and you left our home in disarray. You did not remove your food from cabinets and counters as well as take out your trash. You also left oil and dirt all over the kitchen floor, hallway and shower. We don’t expect you to clean the place but we clearly state to tidy up. We also ask no dogs on the furniture and due to your dogs being on the couch and beds and in the shower our cleaners spent over 4 hours cleaning the home and removing the hair from the furniture. Not following the rules takes time away from the next person checking in and also leaves more work for our family and cleaning crew, in which they deserve to be compensated for their extra time. I only heard from you once during your stay and that was me confirming you arrived. If you had questions about the beach location I advise you next time to reach out, we can’t help if we aren’t aware of an issue you’re having. Thank you for staying and good luck with future rentals.

Plenty of space and all the amenities. Just a short stroll to the private beach with calm, shallow waters. Owner accommodated our early arrival which gave us a welcome head start to our short stay on the Cape!

Would stay again!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing week on Cape Cod. The house was exactly as described, clean, and the owners were quick to answer any questions I had. The location is perfect! It was a quick 2 minute walk to a beautiful private beach that was never crowded. West Yarmouth is a great area and we would recommend it to anyone who hasn’t been before. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

The house was very clean and in a lovely neighborhood. The private beach is right down the road with very nice views. Our family has been coming to Cape Cod for about 35 years. My wife and I originally started coming as newlyweds and as our family grew we had the dream to watch our children grow up here in the summer. Four kids later and we have achieved that dream of ours! With our children now being adults, we have watched our family grow. It is now our children's dream to allow other families to come and enjoy summers on Cape Cod like they did! Please note, that the whole family manages the property and we all take turns communicating with guests for bookings.
