This completely remodeled bay home is the perfect get away for your family! Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms, private pool, new private dock and stunning views of the Apalachicola Bay.
The welcoming open kitchen, dining and living room is tastefully decorated in warm tones, gold light fixtures, and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. The living area features comfortable seating, large TV, and stunning views of the Bay through the large windows. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with stainless appliances, marble counter tops, plenty of cabinetry, hood vent over the glass top stove and a breakfast bar that seats two. The dining area features a wooden table that seats six.
The master bedroom features a king bed, stunning views of the bay, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and large soaking tub/shower combo, Two guest bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds, both have their own access to a small private deck overlooking the pool. The shared bathroom is located on the left, it features a standard shower/tub combo. Interior laundry room with washer and dryer.
The exterior of The Crane Cottage has been completely replaced with new navy siding and new decks. Decks can be found on both north and south sides of the home, north facing the Apalachicola Bay and south facing the landscaped yard and private pool. This home offers both under home parking and driveway parking. Under the home there is an additional seating area that seats 4, outdoor shower and park style grill. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and accented with navy and white pool furniture. Newly constructed Private Dock, Beach Access is across the street via the Shell Harbor access sign.
