Once inside the home, you will notice a hallway layout leading into a spacious open concept floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area with access to the balcony. Positioned at the rear of the home are the three bedrooms, hallway bathroom, hot-water heater closet, and utility closet with stacked washer/dryer. The northern suite is currently furnished with a queen sized bed and the bathroom includes a combination tub / shower. The first southern bedroom is currently furnished with a queen sized and the second southern bedroom has a pyramid bed. Each of the bedrooms has a mounted flat screen television. Flooring throughout the length of the home includes an attractive maple hardwood in the hallway, living area, and dining area with tile flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, and wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms. The expansive balcony offers ocean views and a great space for Summer nights. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.
