Wer sonst noch 42-Zoll-LCDs in allen Schlafzimmern bietet! NIEMAND NUR UNS !!!! Diese Wohnung ist voll bestückt und aktualisiert. Die Böden sind schöne Harthölzer und brandneue Edelstahlgeräte (Mai 2014)! und neuer wunderschöner Granit in 2017 in der Küche !!! Entspannen Sie sich nach einem Tag am Strand und schauen Sie fern auf dem brandneuen 50-Zoll-LCD in unserem Wohnzimmer - mit HD-DVR-Kabel und HBO, Starz und Showtime (begrenzte Kabelanzahl in den Wintermonaten)! Oder sitzen Sie in der Abenddämmerung auf Ihrem privaten Balkon und genießen Sie Cocktails, während Sie den Strand und das Meer auf unserem brandneuen Korbliebessitz und Stühlen betrachten. Vergleichen Sie den Wert mit anderen. Es gibt einen schönen eingebauten Pool mit einer Toilette am Pool und einem Aufzug, um nach einem heißen Tag am Strand hochzufahren. Nur einen halben Block vom Sandstrand und dem berühmten Wildwood Boardwalk im prestigeträchtigen Wildwood Crest entfernt! In idealer Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kongresszentrum, Geschäften, gehobenen Restaurants, Radwegen, Fahrradverleih, Duffers Ice Cream, Minigolf sowie Spiel- und Basketballplätzen entfernt. Es gibt auch Parkplätze für zwei Autos.

Die Schlafgelegenheiten bestehen aus einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett mit einer brandneuen 2017er Serta Memory Foam-Matratze, einem riesigen Schrank und einem brandneuen 43-Zoll-Smart-LCD-Fernseher sowie einem ausziehbaren Doppelschlafsessel ( für ein kleines Kind). Jedes Schlafzimmer hat brandneue Böden Frühling 2017 !!! Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 besteht aus einem Queensize-Bett und einem 42-Zoll-LCD. Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten für die Kinder und ein ausziehbares Doppelrollbett. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 42-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher und einer Playstation II für Kinder ausgestattet. Es gibt ein zweites Badezimmer in der Halle. Das neue Lederteil im Wohnzimmer enthält eine Königinschläferin. Kissen und Decken sind im Preis inbegriffen. Sie können gerne unsere Bettwäsche und Handtücher verwenden, sodass Sie keine eigenen mitbringen müssen. Bitte waschen, trocknen und falten, bevor Sie gehen. Wenn Sie nicht vor 10 Uhr am Abreisetag waschen, trocknen und zusammenfalten können, müssen Sie Ihre eigenen mitbringen. Alle Möbel sind hochwertig und brandneu.

Die Küche ist für alle Ihre Kochbedürfnisse ausgestattet. Sie haben eine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeekanne, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr, Crockpot, Mixer und Küchentheke Sitzgelegenheiten und einen kleinen Tisch. Nagelneue Edelstahlgeräte Frühling 2014 !!! Und brandneue wunderschöne Granit im Jahr 2017 !! Nagelneue Schlafzimmer Harthölzer im Jahr 2017 !!

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche mit Frontlader-Waschmaschine und Trockner.

In unserer Garage haben wir brandneue Liegestühle und vier 26-Zoll-Fahrräder. ein Strandkarren; weicher Kühler und Regenschirm, Boogie Boards. Wie bequem ist das !!. Bitte waschen Sie alle Stühle usw., bevor Sie sie täglich wieder in den Lagerbereich stellen. Lass es verschlossen.

Bernadette’s place has everything your group/family would ever need while on a beach vacation! From the time we arrived in the parking lot (and Bernadette texted me saying we could go in early!) everything was easy. The house is stocked with all the cookware/plates/etc you will need for meals, cooking in or take out. I used the grill twice and the food turned out great! Bernadette was extremely helpful with everything, and checked in a few times to see how our week was going (super nice of her!) the place is clean, in a great location, and very easy to get in and out of. To top it off, the balcony has an ocean view! My family will definitely be staying here again!!!

Perfect vacation spot for Wildwood Crest for family of 5. One block from the beach, with a balcony view. Two blocks from the boardwalk. This place had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Condo was spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

August 2022 Wildwood Crest vacation

We had a wonderful vacation and stay at this location. The condo was clean & beautiful. The owner even provided small toiletries in case we forgot toothpaste, suntan lotion etc. Location was great. Close enough to walk easily to Boardwalk and beach. Owner checked in to be sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive to all questions before we arrived. We give it 5 stars.

Beautiful condo and a great location

We absolutely loved our stay!! The condo was the perfect size for our family and the location could not have been better (a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and ice cream). The owner Bernadette was very communicative and it was also a nice perk that the condo was stocked with plenty of towels and sheets (most places do not offer that). The beach cart in the storage unit also came in handy. We will definitely be returning!!

So worth it

Despite the not so favorable weather, we had a great time. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was close to the beach, it was quite and very confortable. Nicely decorated and modern with a heathed pool which was good for the weather. The owner was very pleasant Even though she wasn't there she made sure to check on us which was really nice. We will definitely be returning.

An Absolutely PERFECT place!

If you are taking your family on vacation, you MUST reach out to Bernadette and book her condo! She and her condo are AMAZING! It was even prettier than the photos, and was EXTREMELY clean! You cannot beat the location, the layout and the amenities she offers. She checked in with us shortly before check in, then again that evening as well as in the middle of our stay and after we checked out. She answered any queations we had, she had anything and everything you could have needed and had so many personal touches. She had lots of little items in case you forgot something at home, extra bags of ice in the additioanl freezer, a guide book with helpful phone numbers, laundy detergent and fabric softener, lots of extra blankets for an afternoon nap on the balcony and so much more. Her price is more than reasonable for what you get and we were so sad to leave. But we will be back next year! She just made this an all around wonderful experience for our whole family. I am telling you, you NEED to book with her! You won't regret it!

Home away from home

After years of renting condos and houses in WWC, our family has finally found the place we'll return to year after year. The photos can't even do justice to this condo. You will be comfortable in the bedrooms, the lining area furniture and kitchen seating areas. The two best things about this condo is 1. You only have to bring your clothes, beach towels and food, as literally everything else is supplied. Bath towels? Yes. Linens? Yes. Fully stocked kitchen? Yes. What a breeze for my family to only pack our clothes and towels. 2. The owner - Bernadette Ferraro. She takes great pride in her home and responds quickly to any inquiry you have. I was so impressed with our week that I took the time to call her from the deck (with ocean views!) to personally thank her for all the attention to detail. She's everything she promises to be and represents her home accurately. Do yourself a favor and rent a week here. You'll have a stress-free week in Wildwood Crest!

Excellent Wildwood Crest 3 Bedroom Condo Close to Beach and Boardwalk

This is my family's second year staying at this condo building although we stayed in a different unit this year. The building is only one and a half blocks to the beach and then another two blocks down to the Boardwalk. The building is well-maintained with assigned parking for two cars per unit. There is a garage storage space for all of your beach stuff, but with this unit the owners have provided a beach cart, chairs and bicycles. Having an elevator in the building made loading and unloading much easier. The building location is great in close proximity to the beach and boardwalk. There is a lovely small pool next to the condo that my Mom and I enjoyed several days. While we were just a party of 4 adults (including my 82 year old mother and my 24 year-old stepdaughter who worked remotely while we were there), the condo has sleep accommodations for up to 12. The technology worked great. The condo furniture and decorations are really nice and well thought-out. The appliances are all top of the line down to the pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable, especially the king-size bed. The owners have sheets and bath towels available for use. The owner, Bernadette was extremely responsive and timely with our reservation, paperwork and answering my questions. She also e-mailed and texted me on our first full day and our last full day of our trip to check in and make sure we were satisfied with our stay. There is a manual Bernadette put together with all the contact information you need from restaurant suggestions, grocery stores, recreational activities,... My husband accidentally left some clothes in the chair in the bedroom when we were packing up. We had checked out and were going to breakfast and the cleaning person was already at the condo cleaning up and when she saw the clothes she called the owner and we were able to return to the condo before we left the area to retrieve the clothes. We were very grateful. We had a wonderful week of weather which just made our vacation perfect. I would highly recommend staying in this condo in Wildwood Crest.

Great stay

Cleaning at the end was a bit much but great beach - great walking n biking - really wildwood was a ghost town- all to ourselves in the fall!! Owner even mailed back a fishing rod we forgot! Great stay!!

Awesome place for vacation!

I cannot say enough about our stay. From our first to last day we had an amazing time. We were within walking distance to everything on the boardwalk and we drove over to Cape May a couple of times which onky took 15 minutes. Bernedette the owner reached out to us on day 1 to make sure everything was ok and then on our last day she texted again and told us contact her when we arrived safely home. The owner was so nice and the condo was amazing. Thank you Bernadette for a memoriable week at your condo. We will definitely be back.

Great location and perfect for families

Great place for families to stay near the beach. It's one block away from the beach. Everything you will need is available at the condo. We were able to use the 4 adult bicycles during our Fall trip. Bernadette responded quickly to texts and made sure we had everything we needed.

Bernadette was so helpful throughout the rental process.

My family and I stayed in this condo unit in July. Bernadette is great to work with and was helpful throughout the rental process. The unit is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Great location for the beach

We had a great time at the condo for the week with 3 generations of our family, including a 5 and 3 year old. The condo was perfectly located for walking to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and ice cream. The kids also had a great time using the pool, which was small, but perfect for them! We took advantage of the beach supplies provided - the beach cart, umbrellas, extra chairs, toys and boogie boards. We even had a chance to use some bikes to ride on the boardwalk. We would definitely recommend Bernadette and this condo and would love to stay here again.

Perfect week and excellent location

My family along with another family stayed here during the week of the 4th of July. Our condo was not only clean and kid-friendly, but also walking distance to everything. The description of the property and area is 100% accurate. The owner checked in with us every other day to make sure all was good. She was literally a text away and when I asked a question about a water park for 4-5 year olds, she responded within 5 minutes! That’s pretty amazing. Wildwood was a great vacation spot for us last week and we feel very fortunate that this condo was available. Thank you again!

Very Nice and Clean

Property was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want. The Beds were very comfortable. It was nice having a TV in every room. It was wonderful having Bikes, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrellas, and especially the Beach carts provided with the rental unit. Everything was clean and in good condition. The owner was very responsive to any questions that arose. Just be advised that if your planning on adults using the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room it sleeps just like a typical sleeper sofa, so it might be a little uncomfortable for an adult. The unit is conveniently located 1 block from beach and boardwalk, so everything is within walking distance. My family had a wonderful time!

Thank you for your positive review! Unfortunately, a pull out sofa is just that, a pull out sofa, although it is a top of the line memory foam sleeper sofa (and may I mention the sofa itself is a top of the line new leather sofa). We do try to make everything as comfortable and up to date as possible. We are on top of replacing anything that breaks or needs repair. We put a lot of time and effort into our shore home and thank you for appreciating it all. The Ferraros
