The house is ideal for one large family or two smaller families to share and is newly furnished with everything you need for a great family holiday by the beach. You'll be 400m walking distance from the beach and estuary and 950m from Mount Martha's shops, cafes and restaurants.
The house is architect-designed to utilise natural light and provide views to the surrounds from all rooms. The bedrooms have ceiling fans, are spacious and light but provide privacy. The fourth bedroom can double as a second living area and is a good 'hangout space' for kids with its own smart TV and DVD player. There is a Google wireless sound system with speakers in the living/dining area and main bedroom. The main living/dining/kitchen space has ceiling fans and is open plan with access to a timber deck with gas Weber BBQ. All kitchen and laundry appliances are brand new, with all crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils (that we think you'll need!) provided. A Nespresso coffee machine lives in the pantry. Bath towels and linen are provided but BYO beach towels. The garden is also new and provides different sitting areas to enjoy the sun and shade. Double lock up garage available for two cars with extra outside, off-street parking for one extra car or a small boat.
