Unfortunately, these issues you had were not reported earlier so we could not take care of them before your stay but made sure they were not an issue for the next guest. If you had problems finding the gate or with the address provided you should've contacted us. Our check in time is at 4 Pm but if you needed early check in you should've asked for this service, if the house is available we can approve early check in but you never asked. Most of the houses nowadays have the heat as an extra services, all the information was in the property description. Thanks for your feedback !.
