Enjoy amazing views of the Beach and Ocean from your two private direct Oceanfront balconies. This unit has two master bedrooms, both furnished with King beds, en-suite bathrooms and new Samsung UHD 4K TV's. One of the master bedrooms also has a private Oceanfront balcony and walk-in closet. There is an air mattress in the living room if needed. In addition, everything you need is provided such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more

This unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jons Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

Enjoy all of the amenities (at no cost) the Chateau by the Sea building has to offer such as a heated oceanfront pool and private access to the beach. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Great host. Very well kept condo inside and out. Everything was clean. Appreciated the number of towels provided and we brought our own detergent so we could launder as well. Beautiful view! Top deck was a nice little extra for sunset.

Awesome!!!

The property was beautiful, & located right at the beach. Everything was already there that we needed, even though we brought our own items. Also, our dogs loved it. They loved looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows.

A very well maintained place that I recommend without hesitation! The rental company provides excellent service. We rented an oceanfront unit at Chateau by the sea. Wonderful! We were traveling with 3 children. The condo was very clean, quiet, and very complete (cleaning products, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc.). We will definitely go back there on a future trip.

This place was just about perfect! Two extremely nice beds, bedrooms, bathrooms. Kitchen-couldn't find anything missing. Awesome view! Zareh went out of his way to make this a perfect stay for us.... Cannnot wait to come back again! AND the pool? was so nicely heated (we had rather cool/cloudy weather). Beach access was clean and had two rinsing stations just at the gate. Perfect. Cannot say enough good things.

Exceptional Condo & Location, everything about the condo was perfect, the staff (Kelsy) were so helpful and friendly from booking to our stay! Only thing missing was a cooler and she had one delivered to us immediately. Just can't say enough; our family of four and dog enjoyed our 10 night stay. We could walk to restaurants, the pier and the beach access was amazing, was nice not to have to rent or buy all the beach accessories. They have thought of everything for these condos :) Should also mention how well maintained and clean the property and condo was!!!

Succeeded my family's expectations for the price we paid. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed for a five night stay. Perfect location overlooking the beach and the coco pier. Everything the town had to offer was within easy walking distance. The best part was that the rooms were very sound proof, I couldn't hear anyone at the pool right outside our door if it was closed and management didn't hound anyone about anything not that there was anything to complain about. We were very impressed all around.. Bravo !!!

Would absolutely recommend!!

I just returned home from my stay in Cocoa Beach and I am already ready to plan our next vacation! Perfect location. Perfect views. Close to the pier, but not too close where it felt too crowded. The beach was very clean. Family friendly- I traveled with my fiancé and our 6 month old daughter and my mother. This was our first time traveling with an infant and we had everything we needed to make our stay that much easier. We absolutely loved that a pack n play was provided, plenty of beach towels, chairs, a cooler, umbrella. We loved our condo, it was clean, modern, and I just felt at home. Zareh was a wonderful host, attentive and responded quickly with whatever questions I had. This was our first family vacation with our baby girl and it was perfect. Cocoa beach and chateau by the sea truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to go back.

Great Stay!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Location was perfect on the beach. Restaurants and grocery store were all literally within walking distance. The rooftop was very enjoyable. We could watch the sunrise and the sunset. We even got to see a launch of a SpaceX rocket from the rooftop. Only issue we ran into was the blinds in the bedroom. They would not close all the way. Not a big issue at all. We drove over to Disney one day to go to the park with our grandsons. It was a very easy drive.We would highly recommend this unit.
