Sandy Sunsets Charlestown Grant Marshfront  - a home in Charlestowne Grant very close to the pool and beach. The main floor is very spacious with open plan kitchen, dining, living areas, adjacent billiards room and features a wall of windows and doors to the screened porch and beautiful view of the salt marsh and creek. The living area is comfortably furnished, and has a TV with sound bar. The adjacent billiards room has a table, with cues waiting for the next game of eight-ball. A small room off the billiards room is stocked with games and books, and there is a full bath on this floor with a garden tub/shower combination. The dining table seats 8, and there are 3 stools at the bar area with an ice maker. The kitchen is breathtaking with a bay window offering tropical views over the sink, dishwasher and gas cooktop. The large center island has plenty of counter top space, a vegetable sink, and 2 more stools for an additional eating area. The large screened porch has a great view and is furnished with rockers, chairs and a table for extra dining area or afternoon snacks and your favorite drinks. This is the place to be for the sunset views!

The top floor has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, a bay window, and a door to a private, covered porch as well as a door to a large porch with view of the creek and salt marsh. The master bath has two vanities with sinks, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, TV, and opens to the large porch with view of saltmarsh and creek. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed and TV, and shares a bathroom with two sinks and a tub/shower combination with bedroom 2. Bedroom 4 is on a separate hall off the main hall, and it has a queen bed and TV. There is a bathroom on this same hall that has a walk-in shower.  Bedroom 5 also opens to the porch, and it has a bunkbed with a queen bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. There is also a TV in this bedroom. The laundry room is on the main floor and it has an extra refrigerator. The garage area has an enclosed hot/cold outside shower and room for four cars. 

Amenities include Gas Cooktop, Covered Stairs, Gas Grill, Enclosed Outside Shower, Covered Parking. Elevator available with signed addendum and deposit.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This House has access to the Charlestowne Grant Pool and beach accesses.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.


CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
