House Description:
This one of a kind beautiful home is located right on the deep water creek. Bring your boat or rent one and you can be in the Atlantic Ocean in about 30 minutes. Only 2.5 miles from the Marshwalk and close to all the popular beaches!
The views from the den, dining room, living room and master bedroom are breathtaking. Enjoy an evening on the large screened-in back porch looking over the spacious yard, pool, hot tub, dock and creek. Two separate living spaces on the main floor, and a game room downstairs with TV and pool table make it easy for everyone to enjoy this house without being crowded. The TVs all have Roku so you can watch your favorite shows and Televisions also get the local stations. Yes, this house has Free Wi-fi. The master bathroom has a shower and tub with two sinks. The two other full bathrooms on the same level have a shower tub combo. The Jack and Jill bathroom has two sinks.
The brand new designer decorated kitchen has a view you can enjoy while cooking and entertaining. You won't mind cooking in this great kitchen! You can bring your supplies up on the ELEVATOR.
Take in the inlet life as you grill out on the deck while watching the kiddos swim the saltwater pool. Watch the summer fireworks from the heated saltwater hot tub or dock and/or bring your boat to enjoy a day on the inlet. This house is good for families, family reunions, friend reunions, golfers and fishers.
Feel free to bring your boat/jet ski or you can rent one once you arrive at the local marina. Enjoy a game of pool in the game room downstairs!

Yard men come on Tuesdays
Pool is cleaned on a regular basis (mainly Friday’s)

NO SMOKING if you smoke there will be a $300 fine
If you tamper with ANY exterior cameras there will be a fine up to $1000
Any loss of keys will result in a fee of $20
NO PARTIES, if we get a complaint about a party and/or police are called you will be asked to leave with no return of the security deposit.

Extenuating Circumstances Hurricane Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.
However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
