This cozy and warm 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is perfect for your next mountain retreat! Snowcreek 247 is a downstairs, corner unit with tons of natural light and views of the surrounding pine trees. Cook meals with friends and family in the fully stocked and updated kitchen. Relax with a fire in the living room that offers a large comfy couch with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV. Enjoy all the comforts of home with in unit washer/dryer. The bedroom has a large king size bed. Just off the bedroom is an alcove room with a small day bed perfect for a child. This unit is pet-friendly! One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. The place is GREAT! The problem is the upstairs neighbor. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit and both times the neighbor was SO loud at nite. It sounded like they we moving furniture until 2 am.

Unable to leave property on the only day we could have snowboarded due to no snow shovel-insufficient fire starters -VERY difficult to get fire going-wood VERY difficult to access with snow-We did not get to use the jacuzzi during any of our 5- days stay due to incorrect code. Management said she would call me back with code. She did not. -insufficient amount of toilet paper provided for family for 5 days. Management said we could go pick it up. Location too far to walk... we were stranded in the cabin.-Information on nearby bus stops not provided. Very difficult getting that information.

Great Place, Great Area - Neighboors a bit loud

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really loved the place. I will stay again but make sure to bring ear plugs. It is dog friendly which is great but the upstairs neighbors dog tends to howl at night for long periods. Plus, they seem to wear lead shoes and open up their closet doors all through the night which will wake you up without ear plugs. That being said, I loved the place & got ear plugs. It is perfect for anyone with a pet, easy walking, great complex with easy access to the bike path. My only real complaint was that I wish the bedroom windows were in better condition so they could open and close to let that wonderful Mammoth breeze go through the place.

Wonderful

Wonderful round floor on the facia and comfortable. Lacking a pair of scissors in the condo. Did not realize how much I use scissors for kitchen tasks. Upstairs neighbors were a bit loud. The fireplace is awesome. Bed is very comfortable. There is a nice community Jacuzzi With a sauna to use which we love. Snow Creek athletic club is an awesome bonus. Short drive about 5 miles to Canyon Lodge. Beautiful surroundings and great hiking nearby. We loved the stay & recommend!

Amazing place and such amazing staff

Just ok

Clean and offers the bare necessities. My biggest complaint would be the freezing bathroom, it honestly felt like there is no insulation and the shower area is just freezing. Even though the condo was warm, I still had to run the shower room ceiling heater just to not feel like I was walking into an outhouse.

Neighbors are NOISEY and creepy

The property is great, maybe a little updating is due, but clean and essentially has everything you need. We really like it. The problem was the neighbors above, whom you could tell lived there full time. Starting at 10pm, they would stomp back and forth and move stuff around, dragging along the floor. This went on all night long, until like 4am, on all 3 nights we were there. It seemed like they were on drugs. Also they have two windows with doll heads hanging from a rope and other disturbing items in their windows. Very creepy. It’s misleading to say this is a quiet property when you have full time neighbors that do this. This is unfortunate the neighbors have ruined this place for us.

Cozy and convenient

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was much more spacious than I anticipated- plenty of room for our family of 4 and our large dog. Our teens were able to sleep in the living room without being crammed together as the sectional is large and has a sleeper pull-out. There is a nice closet/alcove off the master wheee we put our stuff and changed, which kept stuff out of the living room. Ww were able to park right outside the unit, and it was an east walk to the hot tub/sauna building, which felt great after a day of skiing. I brought extra kitchen stuff and spices after reading reviews, but found salt, pepper, oil, etc. in the cabinet. Mammoth Reservations staff was super responsive when we called about needing sheets and extra towels. (we made sure to call before they closed.). Overall a great condo and a good value. The only thing I’d change was upgrade the locks because we had to work a bit to figure out the bolts each time.

First time in mammoth

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (me, husband, 2 and 4 year old kids) stayed at #247 for 4 nights. We booked last minute and there were not a lot of options, but I can understand why this unit was still available. Dishes on the shelves were dirty, the sheets had stains including the duvet which didn’t have a cover - the overall cleanliness of the place was questionable, the toilet didn’t work properly, the garbage disposal was broken, the toaster was broken (and a fire hazard as the heating mechanism was dangling inside), and the noise from the upstairs unit was incredible. It was so loud that it kept us up the first two nights. I don’t think the guy upstairs was trying to be loud, but he was clearly a night owl and you could hear him walking around and opening and closing doors and cupboard until 4 in the morning. We finally had to call on Day 3 and ask the property management company if anything could be done to which they said, “No, we don’t manage that property.” We went over to a condo that our friends had rented for a comparable price but they had booked several months before we had. It was like night and day between the two places.

Comfortable Snowcreek Condo for Two and our Dog

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Snowcreek #247 was comfortable, mostly well appointed and updated. We did contact the Mammoth Reservations customer service on the second day to inquire about firewood and help to correct the LED Smart TV having very low speaker volume. They promptly provided the firewood but unfortunately, the TV sound level issue was never resolved. The TV remote had no method to increase the volume and the TV had no other onscreen or separate controls for volume adjustment. Prior guests had reported the same issue with barely auditable volume. The requires resolution by the owner or host. The listing indicates a fully stocked kitchen, but while there are dishes, pots and pans, and coffee filters, there are no large kitchen knives, the larger serrated knife has been damaged, the inside of the large pot has been badly scratched, and the toaster only toasts one side of the bread slice. None of these are show stoppers, but the owner or host needs to resolve.The large living room sofa was very comfortable and the dining table good size. All rooms has good wall heaters to keep the condo comfortable. The bedroom was a bit tight with the king-size bed limiting space on one side but there was ample space in the dresser cabinet. The wall mounted older TV in the bedroom functions but only receives cable TV.Snowcreek is our favorite condo complex for being quiet and well maintained yet close to stores and restaurants. The condo location is great for easy access from the parking area. If the owner or host resolves the aforementioned issues, we'll be back.
