This well-appointed spacious and sunny, near new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a lovely rural outlook. This is a perfect base for your family holiday in Mangawhai Heads with only a 5 minute drive to the estuary, surf beach, shops and restaurants. Alternately take the bush track that runs close to the property and have a picturesque walk into the centre of Mangawhai Heads.
The house has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area with great indoor/outdoor flow and views to the Brynderwyns. To entertain the kids there is a flat backyard to run around and Northcoast Place is a quiet family-friendly cul-de-sac where kids play together and ride their bikes and scooters around.
Please note the trampoline that can be seen in some of the photos is no longer there. The deck is now covered to provide shelter and shade.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
