The home offers four generous bedrooms, two with Queen beds, one a Double and the fourth two singles. There is also a dedicated office, making it ideal for extended stays or working remotely. The master suite is a true retreat, with its own access to the deck, a sleek ensuite, and tranquil lake views to wake up to each morning. Modern bathrooms, thoughtful design details, and a calm, cohesive aesthetic run throughout the home, ensuring both comfort and style.

Please note the following:

You are welcome to bring your own kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy on the lake but motorised watercraft are not permitted.
As there is direct access to the water please check suitability for any small children in your group and note that it is your responsibility to supervise them at all times.
If you wish to use the firepit then you will need to supply your own wood, bags of wood can usually be purchased at the local supermarkets.
There are 2 external security cameras which will be on standby (not monitored) during guest stays, one in front of the garage and one lakeside.

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although your credit card details are taken during the booking process, we won't automatically charge your credit card. Once your booking is approved we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges).
