Cute tiny house in a working marina. Great location. We watched seals and river otters from the property’s deck overlooking the water. Rented a kayak from Kayak Noyo, explored the beach, and had multiple dinners at Sea Pal Cove, all within walking distance.

Great location for a family. We brought our 2 small dogs and it was comfortable for them too with fun walks in the harbor. The Host was great, replied quickly and accommodating. Everything you need for a cozy quiet stay in the harbor. Great ambiance lighting outside at night. We enjoyed our experience.

Family Getaway

Great place right in the Harbor! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Only complaint I have was the parking with the other cabins. There needs to be specific spots listed for all the guests so you do get blocked in by others.

Im so happy that you enjoyed our cozy cabin in the harbor and hope that you had fun getting out to explore our very beautiful Mendocino coast and that you made some new fun memories of your stay in Mendocino! I apologize on the parking, we do have instructions on that but some guests either don't read that or just ignore it but most guests completely respect that! I do apologize though, I totally get it. I hope that you have a wonderful day and a great week ahead!

Perfect Getaway

Loved our stay at woodchuck Flat! Location was perfect for walkable restaurant choices and the dock was fun to sit and watch the seals and otters play in the river. The tiny house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels. Our dog had the best time and was quite comfortable. We hope to return soon!!
