The property is adjacent to the Jug Handle State Preserve with the beach and trails to enjoy, and there is easy access to Fort Bragg and Mendocino towns.

This ocean view 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has hardwood floors, custom made tiles, handcrafted light fixtures, stained glass windows, and countertops made of butcher block, soapstone, and maple, walnut, and pecan woods. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook to your heart’s content.

In the main living area you will find a wood-burning stove, a large flat-screen smart TV with access to a variety of viewing and listening apps, a telescope to zoom in on the natural surroundings, and a large, round table for dining and/or playing games! There are puzzles and a selection of board/card games for your enjoyment and Starlink wifi is accessible throughout the house.

Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds with plush carpets and attached bathrooms, while the third has two twin beds and beautiful hardwood floors, with the hall bathroom just steps away.

You will have access to the house, decks, and backyard. There are no other homes or cottages on this property so you will have it all to yourself!

The house is wheelchair accessible and there is a shower chair available for use if needed. The ramp leading to the front entryway/oculus is a little steeper than ADA guidelines and it may be difficult for one to navigate the incline with a manual wheelchair without support from another person in your party.
