However, we’re truly sorry for the disappointment regarding the property’s amenities. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find the pool and lounging deck unavailable—especially when those features were part of your decision to book. We did have disclaimer in our description when you booked concerning the damage from hurricanes. Hurricane Helene had a significant impact on the area, and while recovery efforts are ongoing, we absolutely agree that guests should be made fully aware of any limitations prior to arrival. Your comments are being shared with our team to ensure better communication moving forward on all platforms. We truly regret that this affected your stay and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
