The primary bedroom features a king bed. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen and a twin bed, and TV. With the third and final bedroom featuring bunk beds with Queen on bottom, Twin on top and additional Twin trundle. There is a full bathroom upstairs with shower, and full bathroom on the lower level with tub/shower combo. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape.
