Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes, sitting right on the creek! Over 2,700 square feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms. Endless private amenities such as a loft with fooseball table, 1-car garage, laundry room with private washer and dryer, private deck with gas BBQ grill. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with cozy wood-burning fireplace and large comfortable sectional, Smart TV with Apple TV and streaming apps (no cable), and open concept kitchen with large island perfect for serving up those vacation cocktails. Cook like a gourmet chef in the completely stocked kitchen and enjoy family dining. The master bedroom on the main level features a King bed, Smart TV, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also turns into a Queen sleeper sofabed, Smart TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath. This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles, with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. Extremely well maintained and clean with attached garage, and a laundry room off the kitchen. The loft was bigger than we anticipated, and plenty of room for kids to hang out. Fireplace was set up and easy to use. Well worth the expense and would definitely stay here again. We have been to Mammoth several times in winter and summer. This is the nicest place we have stayed. Problems: we could not get the oven to turn on, and front door lock was extremely hard to open. We had to enter through the garage. Hopefully both these problems will be fixed soon.

This was a beautiful, spacious, well kept rental along the beautiful scenic mammoth golf course. We loved everything about it. Even though they allow pets, it was spotless and clean. I only docked one point for ease of check in because you have to go to the mammoth property office to pick up keys instead of keyless entry. Regardless, we will be staying again soon. Thank you!

We love staying in the Snowcreek area. This was our first time staying in Snowcreek VI and found it quiet, well maintained and within walking distance to the Snowcreek Athletic Club, playground, meadow and shopping. It was nice having the garage to store items that you don't want inside but parking in it was to tight for a medium size SUV. There was plenty of guest parking across the street so we just parked there. This rental included full access to the athletic club which we all used and enjoyed. This Home is lovely, has many kitchen gadgets, plus some spices, and the washer and dryer is a must for me. My only disappointments were that the community Jacuzzi was dug up which meant we had to trek over to the athletic club to use theirs and the pots and pans were all teflon and so scratched up they were not safe to use. We had to ask our son to bring replacements to use.

We got to the rental and the moment I walked in the place felt dirty. The floor in the entry and kitchen were dirty. there was a stain on the coffee table and when I cleaned it realized it was dog pee. Wrote a letter to the office on Thursday and today is Monday and no word. we left the rental a day early. also screens were missing on sone windows and a bat flew in the bedroom. 4th but last time renting from this agency

Wonderful Mammoth home

The parents get their own room and bathroom and the kids enjoy their space upstairs. We also bring our two small dogs with us so it's nice that it is dog friendly! We will be back. Very nice but some details need to be addressed. Some windows did not have screens. The main bedroom door does not close. The main bedroom bed (headboard and footboard) is a terrible design, it has wires that stick out which can catch the bedding and people's skin (I got a small scratch). Exhaust fan did not work and hair dryer blew cold air. The garage will only fit a medium sized car. Some of the teflon pans are badly scratched. Otherwise, the condition of the place was excellent, very roomy and nice beds. Nice to have a gas stove instead of electric or conduction. Nice silverware, cooking utensils, well supplied with seasonings and oil. Very clean all around.

Perfect!

Spacious, clean and was perfect for our family of three. We enjoy the extra space while on vacation, but the house could certainly accommodate larger groups. Teenage daughter loved the loft and having her own space. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed from pans, utensils, etc. Not an issue for us, but if you have a larger SUV (i.e., Tahoe, Expedition, etc.) it may not fit in the one car garage. We have a 4Runner and it fit perfectly. The townhouse is connected to two others which also use the shared driveway to get to their garages. This was a non-issue for us, but if you have more than one vehicle and/or you’re unable to fit in the garage, there is no parking in the driveway, however there are additional spaces just across the way (literally 15 ft.). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for making it a process seamless.
